  • Very good in frequencies and with strong decibels, but just like the original one I had over 20 years ago, this one also has the characteristic Tick Tick when playing records. Maybe it's my turntable's fault, but when I was then advised to use a Pickering needle, the Tick Tick almost disappeared. The decibels were a bit lower, but this difference made me think again, because I put in an Audio Technica and I have the same thing again. Maybe it plays better on better turntables.

quality needle, nothing like the 'original' needle on my turntable. I bought it for a technics sl-l20 automatic.

Very good cartridge that greatly upgraded my turntable, a Technics BD-SL22. Very good channel separation and very good frequency response.

I am very satisfied with the sound result on Technics SL BD22...
It does emphasize the midrange a bit more, but I am amazed by the separation of the head in the channels as stereo...
    Very clear sound...
    Very easy installation...

I'm not giving it 5 stars purely for typical reasons and the fact that there might be better products out there, but I didn't bother to research further..

Everything is good, nice sound and sensitivity, which means that the record must be clean and scratch-free.
