From 28 it went to 38 in two months/boxes. Now it went up to 46 the price of the vitamin in today's blood test, so I consider it proven that it helps and increases the vitamin. I highly recommend it, but be careful if your liver bothers you, it may be due to vitamin overdose, try every other day at the beginning or every three days as stated in the instructions and consult your doctor.
