It does not illuminate all the letters clearly so that it can be read in the dark. In other words, not all the letter is illuminated (it is not LED), but it only has some lights on each letter, so the word is not easily readable. During the day (turned off), it looks fine, like a canvas. In my opinion, it is not worth it.
