    Very good pot, food does not stick, cleans easily. Be careful when emptying the food and it is still hot, do not put cold tap water, only very hot or remove it from the stove and when it cools down put water, either hot or cold, to clean it. All aluminum cookware with coating need attention to this, especially pans because they warp. Also, do not use sharp objects, forks, etc. so as not to damage the coating!!!
