Coming from a good coffee machine that makes great coffee, I bought this particular briki for my country house and, generally, for vacations, during which we were... prisoners of the unacceptable instant espresso powder. Although a beginner, I managed to make good coffee on my second attempt, at least for my taste. Although it doesn't produce the crema that one achieves with the machine, nevertheless the taste and body of the coffee are particularly and very satisfying. I would say that the taste is very close to mocha, hence obviously the name of the product, which I consider a positive. Also, everyone I have made coffee for so far has been satisfied. Prefer to roast on a gas stove, on low heat, so that the blend simmers slowly and releases all its aromas gradually...
