I would give it a 5, but the cover around the tire comes off in certain areas. I don't know to what extent it will affect it since it is outdoors.

I installed them around my house and I have put a total of 13. Now my house lights up all night and you can comfortably walk around the garden at night.
I also used 4.5 watt LED bulbs (13*4.5w=58.5w) and it's like having a 60 watt old incandescent bulb on all night.
So it illuminates the whole house economically!

Plastic yes indeed... but good (hopefully) quality. It was recommended for installation in a house located near the sea (thus saltwater) with the logic that it will not be endangered by oxidation. In my eyes, it is a beautiful and very economical outdoor lighting fixture. I truly look forward to the years passing by and seeing their durability in the sun.

Made entirely of anti-UV synthetic material. I bought it to replace very worn-out metal sconces and I am very impressed with the quality. And the cost is very reasonable.
[update] After one year, a hot summer and a harsh winter, it has no issues. The material still looks like new, nothing has passed through inside.
