    I have a smart TV from f&u and this specific remote control does not connect to my television, even though it claimed to be compatible with all TVs and did not require synchronization due to its USB feature. I contacted the company from which I ordered it and they told me to send it back for them to check for any damage. After a few days, they contacted me and said that no damage was found and they would send it back to me. The result is simply that I lost money on a useless product.
