I've had it for a month and almost every time I use it, it stops all the time and beeps, no matter how many times I descale it I see no difference, it's exhausting waiting for the food to cook, every day I make a vow!!!! I regret spending so much money to save effort and time and in the end it takes me an hour just to get it working for the food to be ready, I should have bought the stainless steel steamer for the pot from the start!!!!

Poor quality, used for cooking twice a week and it broke down within the first few months, overheating every 10 seconds. Not worth the money.

It's a hassle to clean, but otherwise it's a good machine.

Unfortunately, although the idea of 2-in-1 is very good, the blender lasted for 4-5 uses. After that, it just stopped working. While it was working, it was an excellent baby puree maker.

Everything is fine and very practical. Just one thing. The texture at the end of the device should be glossy. Isn't there a woman at PHILIPS to do her nails? Matte is always porous. Carrot and sweet potato on white matte stained it and it won't come off no matter what.

The grinder's motor broke down and the same thing happened when we bought the same one again. Others did not report a similar experience but we changed company anyway because its operation in our case was not reliable.

Unfortunately, it was a bad purchase. Various parts are not easy to clean and mainly the mixer broke after 15 counted uses. Reading the comments, I conclude that this is not a coincidence. It is a defective construction.

Don't buy it! It is aimed at infants and has parts that cannot be cleaned and get moldy, and these parts are mainly the base of the pitcher and the inside of the knife! Unacceptable from Philips to sell products for infants that end up with mold because they cannot be cleaned! I threw it away and will never buy it again!

From the moment I bought it, the blender suddenly didn't work, after a few days it worked again! I had no problem with boiling! Also, washing it was a nightmare and not all parts were cleaned!

Have been using it for the last 3 months for meat and veggies. If you chop the meat in small pieces you have a food ready in 20 minutes which is very convenient if you want to cook fresh every day. Blends really smoothly, we actually use it ourselves for vegetable purées. I took one star out for the cleaning part, you should clean it immediately especially after cooking meat, the lid needs to be opened and cleaned thoroughly every time. I would definitely recommend it, at least you only wash one thing and it cooks really fast.

For its usefulness, I would give it 10 stars instead of 5. For its sensitivity, I give it zero. It frees your hands for cooking baby food. Truly the best in terms of speed, quality, and ease. However, the device is overly sensitive. It broke down twice, and of course, due to the warranty, the first one was replaced with a new one. The new device broke down again, and the repairman came again under warranty. The service from Philips in Thessaloniki is very good. Logically, after every 1-2 uses, the user needs to do a perfect decalc. A device that you love and hate at the same time.

The cutter broke down just on the third meal and it left us with an expensive food steamer. The service/change process requires you to speak with Phillips headquarters to tell you which service center is near you, make an appointment with them, take it there to be inspected, and then they decide whether to replace/repair it. Also, cleaning it is difficult. I suggest buying separate devices. It's not convenient even if it was working

Honestly, I regret every day that I bought it. Okay, it cooks in steam and blends like a 10 euro blender but it's always dirty, no matter what we do!!!

I bought it in 2018 for my first baby. I used it to prepare meals for the baby. I am currently using it for my second baby and I wouldn't change it. It works like new. In 2019 I bought it as a gift, by far the most useful gift. It still works perfectly even now. The only thing I would like is the cable to be a little longer. I read the reviews of the last year and probably something has changed since then in terms of construction.

The worst thing there is, I opened the box to use it and from the first use it wouldn't complete any boiling cycle! I have sent it for service for a month now and I still haven't received it

The worst purchase I have ever made!! Within 4 months, both the motor and the carafe broke. The product was replaced, and the replacement product broke again after just 1 week of use. Do not buy it! It is unreasonably expensive for its quality

Anyone who has given more than one star to this product has never cooked in their life. Regarding cooking with steam: 1. The steam lid opens uncontrollably when you try to pull it, resulting in burns! 2. The lid on the steam side swells after 2-3 uses and doesn't close properly anymore, it needs to be thrown away at this point. As for the blender: 1. It can't even blend an apple or a pear smoothly. It leaves chunks even in a banana, if you can believe it! You have to blend it until it literally smells burnt in order to feed a baby. A €20 blender does a much better job. 2. Below the blender, there is a hollow space that inexplicably catches food and molds! The instructions show two holes for water to pass through and clean it, but it doesn't clean for any reason! The biggest waste of money in my life! Stay far, far away, don't even consider it! Actually, if someone recommends it to you, they want you to suffer!

Horrible device
1. blender stopped working after 10 days, been waiting on a replacement for over 3 weeks now
2. the whole thing is tough to clean, the white plastic gets horribly coloured by food
3. when you set the timer, it doesn't show you how much time you have left, nor resets once finished.
4. quantity wise you can barely fit 500gr of diced food.
5. the cord is too short.

Just avoid it, it creates way more problems than it solves.

Necessary for anyone who has a child as it combines 2 devices in one. You have the ability to make as much food as you need for each meal. We used to divide the meat into portions and put it in the freezer so that whenever we wanted, we could take out as much as we needed and cook it. It is convenient to carry it on trips..

I bought this particular baby food maker at the end of August... and after only 10 days of use, the mixer stopped working! The store where I bought it told me to bring it in for service... we'll see how long it will last after the service! Although it is not a very cheap steamer, it definitely is not worth the money when it comes to the mixer! As a steamer, it has been working fine so far! Of course, the reason I made this purchase was to have fewer dishes to wash... but for now, that is not the case...

I am coming back to lower the rating even further to 1 star! If there was an option for less, I would choose it! In less than a month of purchase and less than 2 weeks of use, the steamer stopped working, not only the mixer that had already broken in the previous days!

It's better to get a different food maker to avoid these problems!

The blender broke after 10 days of light use (one meal per day). The worst part is the service, as it was diagnosed that it needs replacement, which I will receive in 10-15 working days!! So, for a machine that will be used for 3-4 months, we will have to wait 3 weeks!!! Unacceptable warranty policy, which should provide for immediate replacement for all baby machines.

We bought it 2.5 years ago and it is still being used. It hasn't broken and does exactly what it promises in a very satisfactory time. Good construction, cleaning is a bit of a hassle but compared to the service it offers, it's not a big problem. Its capacity is sufficient for 2 baby meals or 1 meal for a larger child.
