They come in a variety of ink colors and have bright writing. The ink is more fluid than ballpoint pens, so they "flow" more easily and require less pressure, but they can smudge. They last less than ballpoint pens. Ideal for drawing and long writing sessions.

I use it for proofreading texts/essays: it has a quite intense and beautiful color so that the corrections stand out and appear "friendly" to the students, it does not create ink stains like other pens that become an issue as soon as the tip gets warm. I found it excellent and will continue to buy this series.

Overall, very good pen. I consider the 0.7 better than the 1.0 (they release too much ink) for writing. The blue color does not show well on paper.
