You need to use it correctly to get results, unfortunately you have to read the instructions and find the right filters before using it if you want to achieve the highest level of protection from the mask. 3M is a guarantee for masks, it will do the job. The only negative is that the plastic part that hugs the head has broken twice after a while from repeated putting on and taking off. Also, the filters have a specific lifespan and then need to be replaced, which if you use it all the time will cost you some money in the long run. Personally, I don't care compared to the protection of my health.

I bought it for woodworking use. I wanted a quality mask because with simple paper ones I couldn't wear protective glasses without them fogging up. Also, with regular masks, I didn't have good protection, as when I took off the mask after a while, I had dust on my upper lip and nose.

I use P3 filters, which are for particles only. They do not affect my vision.
