- Episodes of diarrhea from any cause.
- Gastrointestinal disturbances from any cause accompanied by diarrhea or vomiting.
- Situations involving significant loss of fluids and electrolytes over a short period.
- During sports and strenuous work.
- During heatwaves and periods of high temperatures.

1. Empty the contents of one almora PLUS sachet into a glass.
2. Add 200 ml of water.
3. Stir with a teaspoon until dissolved. The resulting solution is clear.
4. After preparation, keep the solution in the refrigerator and use it within 24 hours.
Prepare one sachet at a time. Discard any unused solution before preparing a new one.
The dosage is tailored to meet each individual’s needs. For adults, children and infants over 2 months old.
Diarrhea: After 3–4 bowel movements, take 2–5 sachets of almora PLUS per 24 hours, according to the instructions for use (1 sachet per 200 ml of water).
Vomiting: Dissolve 1 sachet of almora PLUS® in 200 ml of water. Administer the resulting solution slowly by teaspoon (1 teaspoon every 3 minutes).
Exercise: 1 sachet of almora PLUS® per 200 ml of water, primarily for children during or after exercise or strenuous activity.
Heatwave: As a preventive measure, give 1–5 sachets per day to infants over 2 months old, older adults and children who are constantly active and sweat excessively. For mild to moderate cases, 1 liter of solution (5 sachets) per day is usually sufficient.
The maximum dosage should not exceed 10 sachets per day.
People with diabetes should use it with caution, as it contains glucose.
almora® powder should not be dissolved in liquids that contain electrolytes, such as milk or fruit juice. Severe fluid loss is treated with parenteral administration of electrolytes. If vomiting occurs, taking higher or more frequent doses than recommended may make it worse.

In the negatives, the "plastic" taste of strawberry is hard to drink. I believe there are better electrolytes out there. Even the effervescent Almora Lemon drinks are enjoyable.

I have only taken it during periods of illness and I think it helps restore hydration. I haven't tried it in the summer when I lose a lot of fluids to see the result. The strawberry flavor is very sweet but it's ok, it can be drunk.

I don't know if all electrolytes have this taste but I got it for rehydration after gastroenteritis. I drank it supposed to replenish the fluids from vomiting and it has such a bad taste that I vomited again with the second sip. That's it.

The taste is excellent compared to previous Almora products, but don't expect to drink... nectar. Since I have an issue with heat in general, I take electrolytes every summer: one sachet (or tablet) around noon, after consuming 2-3 glasses of water (until 12 o'clock). It is generally good to drink a glass of water as soon as we wake up, in order to help our body "wake up". I believe that hydrating our body is a particularly important aspect that many of us ignored/ignore. Unfortunately, when we reach the point of thirst, it is already late (our body is already dehydrated). When I started using Almora (in combination with increasing my daily water intake), I noticed a difference in my energy, my mood, and even in symptoms caused by heat such as discomfort and slight dizziness. I will continue using it.

Νομίζω ότι η ενυδάτωση του οργανισμού είναι ένα ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό κομμάτι που πολλοί αγνοούσαμε/αγνοούμε. Δυστυχώς όταν φτάσουμε στο σημείο να διψάμε, είναι ήδη αργά (ο οργανισμός είναι ήδη αφυδατωμένος). I don't know if it actually helps. But its taste is awful. None of my children can drink it. I tried it myself and it does have a very bad taste.

Coming from the hospital (food poisoning), I went to the pharmacy to ask for something to help me stay on my feet because I was feeling dizzy and couldn't walk properly! They gave me this product and I honestly didn't expect such a fast improvement! The taste of the strawberry is a bit bad, but the more you drink it, the more you get used to it.

I got gastroenteritis and so far the vomiting has stopped from the first sachet. Now, for the diarrhea, the first sachet didn't do the job. I have taken two more today. If the diarrhea stops, I will write again. It's a lot of money for 12 sachets.

1. Empty the contents of one almora PLUS sachet into a glass.
2. Add 200 ml of water.
3. Stir with a teaspoon until dissolved. The resulting solution is clear.
4. After preparation, keep the solution in the refrigerator and use it within 24 hours.
Prepare one sachet at a time. Discard any unused solution before preparing a new one.
The dosage is tailored to meet each individual’s needs. For adults, children and infants over 2 months old.
Diarrhea: After 3–4 bowel movements, take 2–5 sachets of almora PLUS per 24 hours, according to the instructions for use (1 sachet per 200 ml of water).
Vomiting: Dissolve 1 sachet of almora PLUS® in 200 ml of water. Administer the resulting solution slowly by teaspoon (1 teaspoon every 3 minutes).

It is a very good choice for hydration and replenishment of electrolytes. It dissolves easily, has a pleasant taste, and is practical in sachets for transport. It helped me feel better during periods of fatigue or dehydration. I will definitely choose it again.

I have only taken it during periods of illness and I think it helps restore hydration. I haven't tried it in the summer when I lose a lot of fluids to see the result. The strawberry flavor is very sweet but it's ok, it can be drunk.

I don't know if all electrolytes have this taste but I got it for rehydration after gastroenteritis. I drank it supposed to replenish the fluids from vomiting and it has such a bad taste that I vomited again with the second sip. That's it.

The taste is excellent compared to previous Almora products, but don't expect to drink... nectar. Since I have an issue with heat in general, I take electrolytes every summer: one sachet (or tablet) around noon, after consuming 2-3 glasses of water (until 12 o'clock). It is generally good to drink a glass of water as soon as we wake up, in order to help our body "wake up". I believe that hydrating our body is a particularly important aspect that many of us ignored/ignore. Unfortunately, when we reach the point of thirst, it is already late (our body is already dehydrated). When I started using Almora (in combination with increasing my daily water intake), I noticed a difference in my energy, my mood, and even in symptoms caused by heat such as discomfort and slight dizziness. I will continue using it.

Coming from the hospital (food poisoning), I went to the pharmacy to ask for something to help me stay on my feet because I was feeling dizzy and couldn't walk properly! καλό αλλά δεν έχει τόσο έντονη γεύση και για να νιώσεις τη γεύση πρέπει να βάλεις 2-3 φακελάκια σε ένα μπουκάλι

Καλό είναι με ωραία γεύση. Το χρησιμοποιώ σε πολύωρα ψαρέματα ( ψαροντούφεκο ) για ενυδάτωση λόγω μεγάλης απώλειας υγρών.

It has an amazing taste for my own preferences. Very subtle. Any other electrolytes I’ve tried—even from the same brand—I didn’t like because of the strong taste. It helps me drink more water

για μενα χειρότερο και απο το λεμόνι. μια πλαστική γεύση,
σα να πίνεις αλατισμένο νερο χωρις την αλμύρα με μια εσανς φράουλας.
αξιολογηση μονο για γευση μιας και δεν μπόρεσα να το πιω ολο.
σίγουρα αυτη η εταιρία δεν ειναι στις γεύσεις μου.
