I bought the 1Kg package with strawberry flavor. Since I've only had it for 1 week, I can't be sure about the results in terms of muscle growth. However, it helps a lot with recovery. It also has a great taste and dissolves well in yogurt, and it fills you up (I haven't tried it with milk or water yet).
