The SCENE August. The interior of a shack with dirt on the floor, somewhere between a canteen and a storage space for used car parts, beside the National Road.
An old wooden double bed dominates the center amidst thousands of old engine parts and truck bodies stacked one on top of the other or hanging from the ceiling and walls, all together giving the space an image of chaos.
Among all this, an old wardrobe, a makeshift sink, and a table with two rickety chairs. The noise of the cars never stops.
The work was presented for the first time by the theater "The New Scene" of Lefteris Voyatzis on May 25, 1997, directed by Nikos Mastorakis.
