We used it on an elderly person who had quite a bit of dryness and their skin was cracking/peeling in various places and honestly we saw quite a big difference after systematic use. Even from the first few days, the skin looked calmer, softer, and much less dehydrated without leaving that heavy or overly greasy feeling that many similar creams have.
