Benefits

The nutrients of aloe include vitamins A, C, and E. Its numerous properties are due to its individual components, as well as their synergistic action. Dosage

2 or 3 times of 15ml (1 tablespoon). Can be taken alone or mixed in water or juice.

Precautions
