    For anal fissure, it worked wonders in 3 weeks with 3 times a day. Just because it's a gel, it doesn't absorb easily and you may have stains on your underwear, but it's a minor inconvenience

    For hemorrhoids, I use proctosynalar which contains a small amount of cortisone.
    I believe these two creams are the best depending on the condition.
