Its long-lasting formula resists sweat, smudging, and is water-resistant. Available in four neutral shades that match every skin tone and hair color. Dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested.

  • Multidimensional Pigments: The color-adapted pearls of the powder impart a natural glow to brows.
  • Ester Oil: Provides the powder with an excellent feel for smooth application.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
