I had another Tefal model and I had only good things to say about it... but this model must have come out defective... I've had it for 3 years and I've taken it to the repairman 3 times and the problem hasn't been solved... the warranty has now expired... the problem is that if you turn off the iron and then want to iron again, it doesn't produce steam with pressure... it produces very little steam... for it to work properly, many hours have to pass... it's a shame for the money I spent... and I had bought it for 260 back then...

Amazing in ironing but after a year of use and careful maintenance, it gave me a problem that will take a month to fix through Kotsovolos, where I made the purchase. You don't expect such an expensive iron to become faulty so quickly. And luckily it has a two-year warranty with free repairs (although they don't replace it with a new one to do your job) but when the warranty expires, the cost is at least 90€. It's a shame, such a reliable company and it doesn't leave you in a good light

From the first 2 months of purchase, it leaks water while ironing and wets the clothes when it rains. It is not justified, as I use softened water, so it is not a matter of minerals. Very expensive for nothing, in the end, better go with Philips

Unbelievable iron!!! Lightweight, well-made, made in France, lots and lots of steam, easy filling with removable tank. Only in Tefal, the steam button releases steam as soon as you press it, and it stops immediately when you let go! I had a Stiroplus and it drove me crazy, you would release the button and then it would produce even more steam... the same technology is also found in Philips, a technician told me when I complained. I was saved with the GV 9560. For other models, I saw conflicting reviews, that's why only positive ones.

I bought the Tefal GV9565 on 14/4/21 and I am disappointed. Where are the 7.7 bars? Instant? The previous one I had for 20 years was 4.5 bars but consistent. Of course, it was from another company that no longer exists. Ironing with this one is tiring and ineffective. It's a shame for the money I spent. If I had bought it for 60/70 €, I would have settled, but I have paid four times the amount. I feel like throwing it off the balcony. Not to mention that the compressor makes noise. With the previous one, you couldn't hear anything. SUCH A SHAME... I regret spending my money.

From the first day of use, it was leaking water from the joints of the water tank, not from the plate. The replacement of the tank costs less than the shipping to send it back for service. Other than that, it's okay. It's lightweight with a large water tank and produces rich steam. We'll see... I've only had it for a month.
