    It does not require a pump to inflate but inflates by itself up to 90% once the air valve is opened, while you will need to add a little air by mouth. Its thickness ranges from 2 to 8cm and it offers very good insulation on cold ground.

    Indicates how well a sleeping pad insulates from the cold ground. The higher the value, the better the insulation and the warmer you will stay in low temperatures. For very cold conditions, you will need an R-Value of 4 or higher.

    The valve leaks air and requires 5 to 6 blows before lying down each time..... Overall, it is comfortable but for its price, it is unacceptable to lose air within a year and only after one use
