Users who rate it positively find it convenient and comfortable for bathing their baby, especially newborns. They say it can be used in a baby bathtub or sink and is easy to wash and dry. However, several complain that the baby’s back touches the tub because the support material is mainly at the sides. They also mention discoloration and, in some cases, material coming off.
I got it, and with the first use, the material turned yellow and smells somewhat strange. Also, while it is very comfortable on the pillows, there is no material at all in the center, resulting in the baby's back turning red at the waist area. A lot of money for what it offers; I got it for €28. I'm thinking of putting it in the washing machine, but I'm afraid the material will come apart and ruin the washing machine, so unfortunately, it will probably go to waste.
We found it very useful, we are delighted that the baby is comfortable. Yes, it is beside the material but it provides proper support, at least in the bathtub where we use it. However, even though I asked about the hygiene issue and even though I rinsed it carefully every time and put it in the washing machine once a week, it still turned pink from use. I would expect this not to happen with such thorough cleaning.
Excellent product! It is very convenient. Whether you put it on the bottom of the bathtub or inside a baby bathtub, it is convenient. It dries easily and can be washed in the washing machine. I had tried sponges from various brands, but they never dried and would tear as soon as you tried to squeeze them.
After 9 months of use, I can say that it is the most convenient product I have found for the baby's bathroom from newborn. It does not get moldy if you pay attention to how you dry it. Personally, I hang it for 10 minutes from the top hook until it drains a little, and then I put it horizontally on the drying rack. It washes and dries very easily and quickly.
It is not a good choice. I bought it to use it in the large sink, bath for the baby. Unfortunately, its suction cups are only on the sides, resulting in the baby's bottom touching the sink and not being comfortable. Also, it gets yellow and looks dirty very quickly, even though I clean it after every use. If I had to choose again, I would buy one of the four euro ones that are available and I would manage fine.
