I can't say that it helped me much... Back strain - right side from a sudden movement. I tried it only once but I didn't see the slightest improvement. However, it sticks properly and the packaging inside the box is separate for each of the 5 pieces.

Quite a good product although it took quite a while to show results as I had bought 3 boxes after reading positive comments, but eventually it started to relieve my back a bit (with a herniated disc issue) after the first 5 (that is, one box), now I am on the last one and I can say that it helps a little. Alright guys, don't expect miracles from such types of patches, etc. When we have more demands, it would be good to have a good ointment for the evening hours and a belt for the rest of the day if the problem is bigger.
