Description

The coating Maston SpraySeal can be used for everything from sealing leaks in sunroofs, vents, drain pipes, piping, and gutters, to sealing small cracks in foundations.

Maston SpraySeal maintains its elasticity, so it can be used to seal leaks and cracks in metal, vinyl, plastic, PVC, cement, and other surfaces all year round.

This versatile coating can be painted with any paint once it dries.

Features

  • It is an easy-to-use rubber coating that immediately stops and seals leaks.
  • Maston Sprayseal fills and seals leaks and cracks.
  • Provides elastic and waterproof sealing.
  • Prevents water ingress, rust, and corrosion.

Instructions for Use

  • Clean the surface from oil, grease, dirt, wax, and loose rust. Shake the can well before use.
  • Spray from a distance of approximately 15-25 cm.
  • Test spray first on an external surface to check the distance and spraying technique.
  • Apply a thick layer first. Leave it for about 5 minutes until it sticks. Check that all gaps and holes are covered with the spray.
  • Repeat if necessary.
  • To clean the nozzle, turn the can upside down and spray until only propellant gas comes out.
  • One layer covers approximately 1 square meter, depending on the porosity of the surface and the thickness of the layer.

    1) There should be a nozzle so you can spray accurately in difficult spots.
    2) If you use it indoors, you're in trouble. It has an incredibly strong smell (something like varnish, gasoline) something like that, which lingers for many days in the space. I used it in the bathroom and it still smells, not as strongly as the first day but almost a week now... I'm starting to worry that the smell will never completely go away...

    Very good product, I used it to seal the gap between the cement (base) and the polyurethane panel to seal the approximately 7 mm gap at its widest point. I applied two coats and it really saved me. I had tried mastics, sealants, and others with no good results. Try it and you will be very satisfied, it is a very good product and very easy to apply.

    Good mixing of the product before use and very good preparation of the surface to be applied (e.g. thorough cleaning with a wire brush)

    I used it on a porcelain toilet bowl that had a crack from top to bottom and was losing a lot of water, and the result was incredible.

    Good drying of the object to be applied and at least three minutes of shaking the spray can to homogenize the mixture and prevent it from "running" during application.

    Be careful to apply it outdoors or in a well-ventilated area because it has a strong smell.
