However, even though it is la germania which refers to excellent quality, the stainless steel surface is easily scratched. In my attempt to clean it with a kitchen sponge from the green side without any pressure, it made many scratches that do not go away. It dulls very easily and finger marks remain very easily. Also, something important, the electric eye is small and does not fit a large pot. I definitely would not buy it again. Purchased 3 months ago.

I am very happy that I bought this specific stove. Good flame, good electric eye, and overall very good construction... will show in the future. The only downside is that it requires cleaning only with a specific cleaner because other cleaning products leave stains
