I had it since 2020. With a lot of effort it worked, but it didn’t suction well. I opened it because it got to the point where it wouldn’t suction at all, to clean it, and I couldn’t snap it back together properly, so I gave up because it would damage the device’s wheel. I would buy it again only because now I have spare parts. The little light is very good!!

I had a Braun device for 15 years and I was satisfied!! With this particular one, you have to insist for a long time in certain areas and in the end, it doesn't remove all the hairs.

Regarding the pain, it hurts like any other hair removal method, I suppose.

On the legs, the pain is bearable and on the hands, bikini, and armpits, I couldn't bear it much! Compared to waxing, the epilator hurts much less. However, I believe that removing a large number of hairs is inevitably painful. It does not irritate the legs, but there is intense irritation in the armpits and every time I have used it there, I have bled. I have normal to sensitive skin, so on a more resistant skin type, the irritations will likely be fewer, and on a more sensitive skin type, they will be more. Also, it is important to note that it removes the hairs by the root and does not cut them.

The only negative thing is that you need to go over the same spot 2-3 times if the hairs are thin. Otherwise, it is an affordable and satisfactory choice for a hair removal machine.
