I have been using the internet for shopping for years because I live on an island and the shopping options are limited. For the first time, I regret a purchase this much. I opened it at home to practice closing it, and as soon as I opened the zipper, it popped out and opened because both rods on one side had broken!!! It wouldn't close at all afterward since the rods didn't form a circle. While I was struggling with the rods, the fake fabric tore because the edges were sharp and it was also very thin. When I contacted the company I bought it from, BeQ.gr, they just mocked me, saying that the product worked well since it is "pop up"!!! They refused to do an exchange or a refund!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable! The most wasted €50!

Όταν επικοινώνησα με την εταιρία που το αγόρασα, BeQ.gr, απλά με χλεύασαν λέγοντας μου οτι καλώς λειτούργησε το προϊόν εφόσον είναι "pop up"!!! Δε δέχτηκαν να μου κάνουν ούτε αλλαγή, ούτε επιστροφή χρημάτων!!!!!!!!! Απαράδεκτοιιιιιι Τα πιο αδικοχαμένα €50!
