It works well, of course it is not advanced technology, to set up automatic sending to email you need a DVD reader which no laptop has anymore. But for me, who doesn't need the automatic feature and have the camera as a hobby, I'm ok.

Used for 3 consecutive years on a farm with success. I connected it directly to a car battery that has its own solar system, placing cables on the terminal of the first and last AA battery. Unfortunately, it's a bit expensive with 8 euros per month for a Giga month prepaid mobile, Cosmote could offer better plans for IoT devices like this one. Good value for money

Throwing away money, it takes a long time to take a photo when it detects motion, resulting in the shot always being empty. No matter what batteries you put in, they run out very quickly, especially if you set it to record video, and it needs 8! When you send it to send you a snapshot, it sometimes does it, sometimes it doesn't. 110€ is way too much for its quality and capabilities.

Purchased for use in a plot without electricity. Easy setup and comes with Greek user instructions! When it detects motion, it takes a photo and sends it. Recommended!

We have set it up to send a photo when it detects motion and it saves the video on the camera for us to view up close. It worked immediately with Cosmote. From what I can see, it requires a monthly card of around 12 euros.

After reading 1-2 negative reviews, I bought it with concerns. It is true that the initial setup is difficult for someone who is not familiar with computers and email. However, the camera comes with detailed instructions in Greek and the staff at the store were helpful. For now, the camera is working fine and I am satisfied. I will update if anything comes up in the future.

We bought it for use in a field. In order for the camera to send a photo, you need a computer and to follow the instructions (which are in Greek). My brother set it up on the computer for me. We had to call the company we bought it from to help us with the setup/programming.
The camera works flawlessly. It sends a photo as soon as it detects motion. You just need an additional memory card and SIM card.

It was purchased for space surveillance in an area where I do not have electricity or internet. A computer is needed to configure the settings for sending photos via email. Fortunately, the company includes instructions in Greek for the setup. So far, it works great. As soon as it detects motion, it takes a photo, video, and sends the photo to our email as a notification.

We threw our money in the trash, I hope no one else does it.. You can't adjust it as you want, one setting includes photo and video but it doesn't work either..!! It is the most useless camera. We had a cheaper one for almost half the price and it recorded everything and had great quality.. Don't buy it, you will waste your money!!! Stay away

The most useless thing I have bought. It doesn't even work as a toy for kids. I couldn't set it up myself and sent it to the store to have it set up. When I tried to record something passing by, it recorded empty footage (it didn't have time) and when I passed by with a vehicle several times, it didn't record me even once. I wasted 100€.

Purchased and replaced the HC-300M model.
The settings for sending photos via email are similar to the HC-300M (it takes a little getting used to the settings at first and having basic computer knowledge).
Also, better image quality, better motion sensor response, and the camera is more waterproof (it has the screen internally).

For now, I haven't found anything negative. I will come back if I encounter a problem.

For the few extra bucks that the 801M costs compared to the 300, it's definitely worth it.
