This book includes the material from the author's lectures on the subject Construction Site Organization and Project Safety at the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus. It also examines other topics necessary for understanding the production systems of engineering projects. It addresses both higher education students and new engineers with the aim of providing them with the initial steps of theoretical training related to programming, organization, worker safety, and costing in the construction of engineering projects.

For this purpose, each chapter begins with a reference to the theoretical part accompanied by relevant examples. This is followed by a particular emphasis on solved applications that can be used for practice. In any case, the reader, for further in-depth understanding and to enrich their knowledge, should refer to the relevant literature.

Finally, it is essential to confirm or deny the theory through practical work on the construction site. Based on this, new developments will emerge, and so on, so that this book can also be integrated into the ongoing effort to acquire knowledge.
