Usage instructions: For every 1 cup of millet, add 2 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Boil for about 20 minutes. Millet can serve as a great breakfast if we add honey, cinnamon, nuts, raisins, or our favorite fruit. We can also add the seeds to bread and all baked goods. In pastry, it is used to create doughs and creams accompanied by cinnamon, honey, and cloves. It can be perfectly combined with rice in stuffed dishes, in spinach rice, in risottos, and generally in dishes where we use rice.
