5 stars for what it does because it does it perfectly, but there is a catch here. One must know the reason for buying it, if you want to do smoked and slow cooking, there is no better choice. It is easy and after a short period of time and a few tests, you will be able to achieve good results. If you want it for grilling steaks and burgers, I believe it is not worth buying it in any case, get a Weber charcoal grill for a third of the price and you will have better results. Now, about the grill:
1. Smoked brisket, pork, and beef ribs come out amazing if done correctly. I have tried almost every meat, these are just the basics that one starts with, then you learn and start to see the magic of this grill. Whoever has not eaten such meats in their life is missing out.
2. I see some people using it as an oven, it works and gives nice flavors even in simple things, but personally, I don't burn pellets to make bread or potatoes, for example, I consider the cost expensive. Except for pizza, which can be done quickly, I only cook meats.
