    The application of the foam grips is indeed a mystery. In my opinion, there should be instructions included from the manufacturer. If not in the packaging, at least in their description on e-shops. I tried to stretch them carefully, but after 15 minutes I managed to get about 1/3 of one grip on. Don't try it because it's very likely you'll tear them. (see photo) In the end, I tried to wet the inside and they slid into place very easily. I don't know if it was hygienic or safe for the material.
