Esha Desmolast elastomeric polyurethane waterproofing coating is a single-component, brush-applied liquid waterproofing material, suitable for waterproofing mainly horizontal surfaces such as rooftops and basements. The membrane it forms can expand and contract by more than 450%, does not shrink or crack, and remains elastic through significant temperature fluctuations.
It is walkable, vapor-permeable and reflective, non-flammable, easy to clean, and resistant to aging and ultraviolet rays. It can also be applied to concrete, plasterboard, cement board, asbestos cement board and sheet metal surfaces, as well as surfaces with an old mineral-chip-coated bituminous membrane, bathrooms and surfaces subject to mechanical stress.
