It is a good faucet with relatively easy installation but reverse operation... meaning that when you turn the switch back, cold water runs and hot water runs in the front... now what remains to be seen is its durability... its warranty is for 5 years although initially I chose it because I read somewhere about a 10-year warranty... ultimately, based on its packaging, its warranty is for 5 years.
