Easy to use, quality materials, quick heating, easy maintenance, nice coffee extraction and with many settings. Unfortunately, it broke down within 9 months of use with two coffees per day. I searched online and saw that this whole series of machines has the same problem with the grinding mill. Disappointing for a company like Philips to release such an expensive coffee machine with such a problem and not address it. I would not recommend it. I returned it for inspection and will ask for a refund. Finally, it has been 10 days and it is still in the inspection stage, in my opinion it has taken too long, the inspection should not be delayed so much, especially when you have paid so much money for this machine...

I have had it for a year, I am relatively satisfied with the coffee/blend.. 2 coffees per day..
After 6 months, the milk frother steam started making a lot of noise and burning the milk.. I took it to the service, the steam wand was replaced but the problem was not fixed, I will get a different device for frothing milk..

Closed for 2 years and it is still impeccable.
Its price has skyrocketed and there is no availability, but I have enjoyed it.
I hope its functionality lasts for a while longer because it's a shame to spend so much money and have a short lifespan, as electronic devices have now become

I have been using it for four days, even though I use single-origin coffee beans, the foam is very good. It heats up very quickly and the aroma of the coffee is intense. The noise is a downside, as well as the fact that the water filter needs to be changed every 95 liters according to the manufacturer. Overall, it is considered a good choice for its price.

In 2 months of household use (2-4 coffees per day), it burned the circuit board. It is covered by the warranty, but not device replacement. Therefore, in 2 months, I am getting a repaired faulty machine!

Unfortunately, after 1 year of operation, it stopped producing coffee and after 1.5 months in service, it was returned with a broken lid of the ground coffee receptacle. I reported this to the company and I am awaiting a response. The issue with these machines is their reliability, as you spend €300-€350 to drink quality coffee at home and hope to have it for years. I will come back after the repair to see how long it will function properly. After 2 months in service, it was repaired and works well. It has been about 5 months now and it is functioning correctly, producing nice coffee. I hope it lasts.

For the money, it's very good.
For strong coffee, you put the grinding mill at 3 and the coffee intensity at three, and at the lowest, you fill the cup.

Excellent espresso machine, it does everything, it just takes a little experimentation to see how you like the coffee with the settings, but it's easy. For now, I'm trying different coffees to see which one suits me well.
After 8 months of use, to achieve the perfect grind, you need to set it to level 3 for grinding and the coffee intensity, but the water level to 2. I also found that Hausbrandt canal grande works well after many trials

Within two months it broke, it was repaired, the repair lasted one and a half months, then after one month both the Apple and the company broke down and was returned with a request for replacement, I still have no answer and no coffee maker!!!

I bought it to make the transition from Nespresso capsules to ground coffee. It is convenient that it grinds and prepares the coffee. Unfortunately, it only lasted 6 months and broke. It is still under warranty, but I have not received it for the past 10 days to find out the damage

I have it for three months and I am very satisfied. If you find the coffee that suits you and drink two coffees a day, you will recover the cost in less time compared to buying coffee from outside. It is noisy, but all machines with a grinder at this price make the same noise. Compared to the DeLonghi, which also has good reviews, this one is 10 times better in terms of construction and definitely more beautiful.

In my village they say the watermelon is rubbish... it won't last you even five months... afterwards, instead of coffee you'll be drinking water and it won't have any steam... we're wasting our money.

Well. The coffee machine was good overall. Unfortunately, after 1 and a half years of operation, the grinder broke. It was still under warranty, but the result was disastrous. It doesn't grind the coffee properly and the result is undrinkable.... I will try using store-bought ground coffee to determine the cause... I am very disappointed.

I have had it for about a year now and I have been very satisfied with the coffee it produces and its functionality.

3rd day of use and I am completely satisfied.
It has been placed in an office where several coffees are made per day, about 10 servings approximately, and steam use, and it has not disappointed even once.
With a good read of the manual before use, everything will be very easy

Flawless machine and it makes very good coffee.
At first, you may think it's not worth it, but once you find the right settings, you'll realize that you've made a very good choice.
As a blend, I've tried Starbucks from supermarkets and it's very good.
Recently, I also tried ipanema and hausbrand where you have the perfect coffee.
The most important thing is that there is no significant depreciation if you drink coffee every day.

I have had it for a week and I use it with Starbucks Spiro coffee. It makes a pretty good coffee, comparable to the more professional ones. Now I am waiting to try it with a Hausbrandt coffee and I will come back at the end of the month for impressions.

It produces decent coffee but I wouldn't recommend it. Initially, I thought it was defective because even on the setting for strong coffee and fine grinding, the coffee comes out quite light without much crema. Also, the first coffee each time I open it is a waste. The corresponding Delonghi that I have tried makes much better coffee.

You get what you pay for. Quality construction. Many settings. And freshly ground coffee whenever you need it. Time will tell its durability.

23/12/2023: And it keeps grinding and making coffee...

17/07/25: And it keeps going strong. Only one cleaning inside the grinder (3 screws on top and it comes off) because it almost clogged after so many years of grinding coffee. I don’t do descaling or anything because I have reverse osmosis water at home.

For a household machine, I believe it is a very good choice to have a decent coffee. I highly recommend it.

I have the coffee maker for over 2 months, good coffee and fast but I think if it had more water and coffee options it would be top. It only has 3 positions for water and 3 positions for coffee. Its noise level is louder than other machines. A big negative is that to make a double coffee, it fills twice like 2 separate coffees.

That's it from me, I have it at home but we drink an average of 10+ cups of coffee per day, 1.5 kilograms of coffee per month!!!

Very good coffee machine, it has many settings for coffee production such as adjusting the quantity of coffee, adjusting the quantity of water, adjusting the water hardness, adjusting the temperature of the coffee it brews. Just one month of use and I can say that it's worth the money. Very good taste, of course depending on the quality of the coffee. It's fast and it cleans itself before and after use.

After about 8 months, it went for service once because it got stuck and didn't dispense coffee. It does some strange things, like dropping coffee beans without grinding them, but then it stops. Sometimes it doesn't dispense the same amount of coffee.

Having spent 6 months with it, it is a very affordable and generally good super-automatic coffee machine in the sense that it easily makes a good coffee and froth.

Observations:
1. It makes single shots of espresso, which means that in the case of choosing a double shot, it performs the cycle twice - a minor inconvenience. In the case of using ground coffee (e.g. decaf) in the special compartment (always in a single shot), the result is mediocre. Having the extensive experience of a Delonghi Magnifica S ECAM, I would say that Philips makes better froth and is easier for a beginner.
2. The AcquaClean filter system leaves me with question marks. From the moment I installed a water filter on the faucet, I removed it.
3. The machine broke down in the third week of operation, after approximately 120 single coffees. After 2 weeks in service, the faulty grinder was replaced.
4. In all super-automatic machines, attention is needed in the selection of coffee, which should not be oily.

As a lover of espresso, I had a manual SAECO machine with a separate delonghi grinder for fresh coffee every day for years. I tried to buy this specific coffee maker after days of internet searching, because I didn't want to "break the bank". It fully satisfies my requirements. Easy, high-quality, and "clean". I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to transition to an automatic machine.

You wake up in the morning, press the button, it warms up, in 1 minute it's ready, you press the other button and in seconds you drink a great coffee! It's spotless, forget about capsules or manual machines that you constantly dirty. It makes incredible foam (requires a metal container). You can use any type of coffee you want, strong, light, etc. Don't make it complicated, it will make your life much easier.

I had a coffee pot and a grinder for 3 years, and I enjoyed my coffee at home.
Now with this machine, I enjoy the same thing, only it's simpler, faster, and requires much less cleaning.
