    The pan is high quality and it shows. Every time I have used it, nothing has stuck (and I have even put dough which is very easy to stick) and it cleans very easily. I do not use metal spatulas etc. to handle the food obviously. Although it does not have a non-stick coating (it is not mentioned anywhere on the packaging, it just says to put a fatty substance before pouring the food).
