Compatibility
DDR4 technology is compatible with specific motherboards and CPUs. For instance, DDR4 is compatible with Intel CPUs such as Skylake, Kaby Lake, Coffee Lake, and the latest Intel processors, as well as with AMD Ryzen and Threadripper CPUs.
However, to ensure compatibility with your motherboard, you need to check if your motherboard supports DDR4 technology from the manufacturer. Compatibility is dependent on the CPU platform and type of motherboard that you are using.
XMP & EXPO
(XMP & EXPO) is a technology that allows us to boost the frequency and performance of our computer's memory without the need for manual adjustments. (XMP/ EXPO) works by storing pre-defined memory settings in the SPD (Serial Presence Detect) of the memory module. These settings can be automatically applied by the system's BIOS when XMP is enabled.

Το ενα κιτ λεει για το chipset AMD 300 series (οι πρωτες AM4 μητρικες) ενω το αλλο ειναι για το "καινουριο" chipset X570. Δεν εχω ιδεα τι διαφορες εχουν μεταξυ τους, αγορασα ομως για το δικο μου chipset και δεν ειχα κανενα θεμα συμβατοτητας.
Προσωπικα τις βρηκα καλυτερες απο τις G.Skill Aegis σε θεμα plug n' play.
A remarkable low profile RAM that can fit next to a large air cooler that takes up quite a bit of space! Also, it does its job perfectly at 3600 mhz! If it doesn't reach the maximum speed in mhz, you need to check if the motherboard actually supports such speed & activate X.M.P. from the motherboard!

Very good, they are worth 100%. With 70 euros, you get 32GB with 3600, the best. I have no issues; I've had them for about 6 to 7 months, but I had the previous ones in 16GB for about 3.5 years and they still work.
Πολύ καλές αξίζουν 100% με 70 ευρώ παίρνεις 32gb με 3600 ότι καλύτερο δεν έχω κάποιο θέμα τις έχω περίπου 6 με 7 μήνες άλλα είχα τις παροιμίες άλλα σε 16gb για περίπου 3,5 χρονιά και δουλεύουν ακόμα.
With XMP they ran at 3600 18 22 22 42 Gear 1 at 1.35v on LGA 1200 B560M mobo with 11700 CPU which officially supports up to 3200 megatransfers, unbelievable!
Edit: 3866 18 22 22 42 Gear 1 at 1.45v stable!!! I will also test it with lower latency (with Gear 2 I could definitely run higher but I don't think it's worth it for most things compared to the added latency...)

Excellent memories, beautiful and simple without frills and scents. They were combined with the Gigabyte A520 AORUS ELITE and with the activation of XMP, they went straight to 3600. Of course, economical for another pair to make it 32GB.

They are thin and relatively small, so it allows you to add more RAM sticks. The previous ones they had were chunkier and didn't fit alongside these.

Remarkable and affordable memory modules (I got 2x32 at 132 euros, now the prices have gone up), I installed them on an AM4 Asus Crosshair Hero VIII WiFi motherboard combined with the AM4 5950x, they were recognized immediately and in the settings for their timing I set them to 3600 and it accepted it right away.
No colors, LEDs, or other unnecessary features. They work flawlessly.

Easy and fast installation. They were combined with a 5600X and upgraded from the corresponding Vengeance 16GB set at 3200MHz. Since the 32GB set has slightly different timings, the BIOS usually needs to be reset, so don't worry if you install them and they are not recognized. Alternatively, you can return the old memory to default timings (usually 2133MHz) by disabling XMP, then install the new RAM and re-enable XMP. I have seen some improvement in certain games (by monitoring the average FPS from the measurements of the games themselves), but I haven't run benchmarks to find the exact percentage.
Εύκολη και γρήγορη εγκατάσταση. Συνδυάστηκαν με 5600X και έγινε αναβάθμιση από το αντίστοιχο Vengeance 16GB σετ 3200MHz. Καθώς το σετ με τα 32GB έχει λίγο διαφορετικα timings χρειάζεται (συνήθως) reset το BIOS, οπότε μην ανησυχήσετε αν τις βάλετε και δεν αναγνωρίζονται. Εναλλακτικά, μπορείτε να επιστρέψετε τις παλιές μνήμες στους default χρονισμούς (2133MHz συνήθως) απενεργοποιώντας το XMP και έπειτα κάνετε την εγκατάσταση των νέων RAM και ενεργοποιείτε εκ νέου το XMP. Έχω δει κάποια βελτίωση σε ορισμένα παιχνίδια (παρακολουθώντας τα average FPS από τις μετρήσεις των ίδιων των παιχνιδιών) αλλά δεν έχω τρέξει benchmarks για να βρω το ακριβές ποσοστό.
Quite good RAM on Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 (rev. 1.0) motherboard, the XMP Profile worked fine after 2 months of usage, haven't encountered any issues. For anyone interested in a budget gaming PC without RGB, it is one of the best choices, slightly better than CL16 3200mhz.

I installed them on a B560 motherboard and an i5-11400F. They were running fine on XMP, so I lowered the CAS (18->16) and they passed the torture test without any issues. Now is the best time to get DDR4 memory if you need/will need it, as from now on the price of DDR4 will start to decrease inversely proportional to DDR5, which will soon, especially with the new generation of AMD processors at the end of the year, start to become quite cheaper.

Ετρεχαν σε xmp μια χαρα οποτε κατέβασα λίγο και το CAS (18->16) και περασαν torture test μια χαρα.
Κάπου τώρα είναι η καλύτερη στιγμή να πάρετε μνήμες DDR4 αν χρειαζεστε/θα χρειαστειτε, καθως απο εδω και περα η τιμη των DDR4 θα αρχισει να γινεται αντιστρόφως ανάλογη των DDR5, η οποία σύντομα, ειδικά με την νεα γενια επεξεργαστων AMD στο τελος του ετους θα αρχισει να φθηναίνει αρκετά.
Attention. With 3600mhz and CL18, performance is marginally better than 3200mhz and CL16 on Ryzen processors. If you want a bigger difference, look for a 3600mhz with CL16.
2. As always, check the motherboard's website to see if it supports 3600mhz. Some value-for-money options may not support it (e.g. the 450m Pro4 only goes up to 3200... maybe 3466 if you push it yourself).

The processor operates steadily at 3600Mhz.
They also work perfectly at 3600Mhz in a PC with an Intel I-7 processor and MSI M7 Z270 GAMING motherboard.

Edit: 3866 18 22 22 42 Gear 1 στα 1.45v stable!!! Θα δοκιμαστει και με χαμηλοτερο latency (με Gear 2 θα επαιζα σιγουρα και πιο ψηλα αλλα δε νομιζω να αξιζει για τα περισσοτερα πραγματα σε σχεση με το latency που προστιθεται...)
Excellent memories, beautiful and simple without frills and scents. They were combined with the Gigabyte A520 AORUS ELITE and with the activation of XMP, they went straight to 3600. Of course, economical for another pair to make it 32GB.

They are thin and relatively small, so it allows you to add more RAM sticks. The previous ones they had were chunkier and didn't fit alongside these.
Είναι λεπτές και σχετικά μικρές οπότε σου επιτρέπει να βάλεις κι άλλα RAM sticks. Οι προηγούμενες που είχαν ήταν πιο chunky και δεν χωρούσαν μαζί με αυτές.
Remarkable and affordable memory modules (I got 2x32 at 132 euros, now the prices have gone up), I installed them on an AM4 Asus Crosshair Hero VIII WiFi motherboard combined with the AM4 5950x, they were recognized immediately and in the settings for their timing I set them to 3600 and it accepted it right away.
No colors, LEDs, or other unnecessary features. They work flawlessly.
Αξιόλογες και οικονομικές μνήμες (πήρα 2χ32 στα 132 ευρώ, τώρα έχουν ξεφύγει), τις έβαλα σε AM4 μητρική Asus Crosshair Hero VIII WiFi σε συνδυασμό με τον ΑΜ4 5950x, τις αναγνώρισε κατευθείαν και στις ρυθμίσεις για τον χρονισμό τους πήγα στα 3600 και το δέχτηκε κατευθείαν.
Χωρίς χρώματα, led και άλλα περιττά στοιχεία. Λειτουργούν αψεγάδιαστα.

Easy and fast installation. They were combined with a 5600X and upgraded from the corresponding Vengeance 16GB set at 3200MHz. Since the 32GB set has slightly different timings, the BIOS usually needs to be reset, so don't worry if you install them and they are not recognized. Alternatively, you can return the old memory to default timings (usually 2133MHz) by disabling XMP, then install the new RAM and re-enable XMP. I have seen some improvement in certain games (by monitoring the average FPS from the measurements of the games themselves), but I haven't run benchmarks to find the exact percentage.
Εύκολη και γρήγορη εγκατάσταση. Συνδυάστηκαν με 5600X και έγινε αναβάθμιση από το αντίστοιχο Vengeance 16GB σετ 3200MHz. Καθώς το σετ με τα 32GB έχει λίγο διαφορετικα timings χρειάζεται (συνήθως) reset το BIOS, οπότε μην ανησυχήσετε αν τις βάλετε και δεν αναγνωρίζονται. Εναλλακτικά, μπορείτε να επιστρέψετε τις παλιές μνήμες στους default χρονισμούς (2133MHz συνήθως) απενεργοποιώντας το XMP και έπειτα κάνετε την εγκατάσταση των νέων RAM και ενεργοποιείτε εκ νέου το XMP. Έχω δει κάποια βελτίωση σε ορισμένα παιχνίδια (παρακολουθώντας τα average FPS από τις μετρήσεις των ίδιων των παιχνιδιών) αλλά δεν έχω τρέξει benchmarks για να βρω το ακριβές ποσοστό.
Quite good RAM on Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 (rev. 1.0) motherboard, the XMP Profile worked fine after 2 months of usage, haven't encountered any issues. For anyone interested in a budget gaming PC without RGB, it is one of the best choices, slightly better than CL16 3200mhz.
Αρκετά καλές RAM σε μητρική Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 (rev. 1.0) δούλεψε κανονικά το XMP Profile μετά από 2 μήνες χρήσης δεν έχουν βγάλει κανένα πρόβλημα για όποιον ενδιαφέρεται για ένα budget gaming PC και δεν θέλει RGB είναι από τις καλύτερες επιλογές είναι λίγο καλύτερες από CL16 3200mhz.

I installed them on a B560 motherboard and an i5-11400F. They were running fine on XMP, so I lowered the CAS (18->16) and they passed the torture test without any issues. Now is the best time to get DDR4 memory if you need/will need it, as from now on the price of DDR4 will start to decrease inversely proportional to DDR5, which will soon, especially with the new generation of AMD processors at the end of the year, start to become quite cheaper.

Ετρεχαν σε xmp μια χαρα οποτε κατέβασα λίγο και το CAS (18->16) και περασαν torture test μια χαρα.
Κάπου τώρα είναι η καλύτερη στιγμή να πάρετε μνήμες DDR4 αν χρειαζεστε/θα χρειαστειτε, καθως απο εδω και περα η τιμη των DDR4 θα αρχισει να γινεται αντιστρόφως ανάλογη των DDR5, η οποία σύντομα, ειδικά με την νεα γενια επεξεργαστων AMD στο τελος του ετους θα αρχισει να φθηναίνει αρκετά.
Attention. With 3600mhz and CL18, performance is marginally better than 3200mhz and CL16 on Ryzen processors. If you want a bigger difference, look for a 3600mhz with CL16.
2. As always, check the motherboard's website to see if it supports 3600mhz. Some value-for-money options may not support it (e.g. the 450m Pro4 only goes up to 3200... maybe 3466 if you push it yourself).
Προσοχή. Με 3600mhz και CL18 είναι οριακά καλύτερη από 3200mhz και CL16 στους Ryzen επεξεργαστές. Αν θέλετε μεγαλύτερη διαφορά ψάξτε κάποιον 3600mhz με CL16.
Όπως πάντα μπείτε και στο site της μητρικής να δείτε αν πιάνει τα 3600. Κάποιοι vfm δεν τους πιάνουν(πχ 450m Pro4 πάει μέχρι 3200... άντε 3466 αν το πιέσεις μόνος σου).
Flawless recognition from the Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero. To achieve the 3600MHz, the corresponding D.O.C.P profile (AMD's term for X.M.P) needs to be enabled.
The benchmarking values are as expected. Very good!

The specific Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-3600MHz (CMK16GX4M2D3600C18) memory modules were purchased for €69.62 (including shipping costs) on 10/11/20 and were installed in a PC with an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor, Asus Prime X370-A motherboard, and they run flawlessly at 3200Mhz, which is the maximum supported by the motherboard, by selecting D.O.C.P. from the BIOS. The processor operates steadily at 3600Mhz.
They also work perfectly at 3600Mhz in a PC with an Intel I-7 processor and MSI M7 Z270 GAMING motherboard.
Flawless memory modules, highly recommended.

I installed them on a Ryzen 5 5600 with an ASUS Prime B350 plus motherboard, set the 3600 profile in the BIOS, and they worked immediately without any issues. (The motherboard originally stated a maximum speed of 3200MHz, obviously referring to 1st generation Ryzen).
While there is also this kit (AMD RYZEN Memory kit): CMK32GX4M2Z3600C18 (M2Z instead of M2D)

One kit is for the AMD 300 series chipset (the first AM4 motherboards) while the other is for the "new" X570 chipset. I have no idea what differences they have between them, but I bought for my chipset and had no compatibility issues.
Personally, I found them better than the G.Skill Aegis in terms of plug n' play.
Τις εβαλα σε ryzen 5 5600 με μητρικη ASUS Prime B350 plus, εβαλα το 3600 profile στα BIOS και επαιξαν κατευθειαν χωρις κανενα προβλημα.
(Η μητρικη οταν βγηκε ελεγε 3200mhz μεγιστη ταχυτητα, προφανως εννοουσε για 1ης γενιας ryzen).
Το ενα κιτ λεει για το chipset AMD 300 series (οι πρωτες AM4 μητρικες) ενω το αλλο ειναι για το "καινουριο" chipset X570. Δεν εχω ιδεα τι διαφορες εχουν μεταξυ τους, αγορασα ομως για το δικο μου chipset και δεν ειχα κανενα θεμα συμβατοτητας.
Προσωπικα τις βρηκα καλυτερες απο τις G.Skill Aegis σε θεμα plug n' play.
A remarkable low profile RAM that can fit next to a large air cooler that takes up quite a bit of space! Also, it does its job perfectly at 3600 mhz! If it doesn't reach the maximum speed in mhz, you need to check if the motherboard actually supports such speed & activate X.M.P. from the motherboard!

Αν δεν σας πιάσει τη μέγιστη ταχύτητα στα mhz πρέπει να δείτε αν όντως η μητρική υποστηρίζει τέτοια ταχύτητα & να ενεργοποιήσετε από τη μητρική το X.M.P.!
Very good, they are worth 100%. With 70 euros, you get 32GB with 3600, the best. I have no issues; I've had them for about 6 to 7 months, but I had the previous ones in 16GB for about 3.5 years and they still work.
Πολύ καλές αξίζουν 100% με 70 ευρώ παίρνεις 32gb με 3600 ότι καλύτερο δεν έχω κάποιο θέμα τις έχω περίπου 6 με 7 μήνες άλλα είχα τις παροιμίες άλλα σε 16gb για περίπου 3,5 χρονιά και δουλεύουν ακόμα.
