• 3-5 years: one spray
• 6-8 years: two sprays
• 9-12 years: three sprays
• 13 years and older: four sprays

Usage Instructions:

• Shake well before each use.
• When using for the first time, press the pump 3 times to bring the product up.
• Four sprays are recommended daily regardless of food intake (all at once or two in the morning and two in the evening) or as otherwise suggested by a specialist.
• Sprays should be administered either inside the cheek or sublingually.
• Hold the spray result in the oral cavity for 5-7 seconds before swallowing to ensure proper absorption.
