I had the same one, purchased almost a decade ago. The new one is noisier, its 3 settings are almost the same, and after two months, the lamp burned out and now the light button won't stay pressed. Disappointing situation.

I use it for cooking on a gas stove, after 5-10 minutes of cooking (either in a pot boiling hard or in a fryer for french fries) it stops working (some thermal fuse turns on I suppose), after a few minutes it starts again for 1-2 minutes and stops again. In short, it's useless, I've never had a problem even with cheaper extractors, unacceptable product which I can't return because they simply tell me to cook at a lower temperature. (I operated it without cooking as well as simmering something and it works fine for hours, but its motor has some thermal fuse and with normal cooking/frying it doesn't work after a few minutes, useless product.)

In general, I find it to be fine. The only negative is the speed buttons which are 0,1,2,3 and you have to press 0 to turn off the extractor, and secondly, when you press a button to change speed or the 0, the one that is pressed in pops out with a 'gap' type noise. It's not the extractor's fault itself, but it's a poor button operation design.

Already during installation, out of the 3 steps, one did not work (the 2nd), and the only reason I did not return it was because it had already been transported to a village and installed by an electrician when I realized it. 1 month later, the lamp burned out.

It doesn't suck well, the glass broke and fell after a year, fortunately, it didn't break the ceramic stove

UPDATE: after 8 months of moderate use, one of the motors started to whistle!

The technician had told me that Pyramis is a quality brand. Okay, it's not Boss of course... It has one lamp and two filters. It has two motors and for its type, the noise is mild (in this type, truly silent ones don't exist). Only on the third speed does it make a bit of noise but it's tolerable, nothing like the old one I had.

Finally, it's quite beautiful, with silver round buttons and a more textured finish, which I like.
PS. To ensure efficient suction and to prevent the motors from breaking down, it's essential to keep the pipe and duct clean. When we removed the old one, we saw that its pipe had a whole forest inside, the only thing we didn't find was bird eggs :)

First and foremost, I bought a new extractor hood as I changed the entire kitchen, resulting in the melamine swelling after a year.
Of course, it doesn't suck anything for 2 motors, only a little on 3.
The lighting is terrible as well as the design.
The worst part is that just months after 2 years when the warranty expired, one of the 2 motors broke.
Not recommended.

The previous devoline I had was by far better, we cook with open grates to draw...

As long as someone has taken care to ensure proper air extraction from the pipes, then everything is fine.... for now, satisfied.

My choice and persistence for a Greek Pyramis extractor hood was a complete failure.... it doesn't extract steam at all.... it has two motors, I thought it would do the job.... oh, a thousand times Chinese.... shame on you (to the manufacturing company)!!!

With a pot, it sucks up half the steam. It makes quite a noise. If you have the means to get something better, do it. This one struggles to suck up two cigarettes at the same time. It was bought as a temporary solution until the previous one is repaired

A mediocre extractor fan. Unfortunately, in this style there is nothing good. Only if the cabinet above the extractor fan is abolished and we go at least to a sliding type, we may find something that pulls 600m3/h. All these here are mediocre.

It's not one of the quietest, but for the money, it's worth it. The filters clean very easily.

One of the worst...... it doesn't pull, in the first month the button that turns on the light broke and when the bulb burns out you can't put your hand to change it. They told me to remove the plastic cover underneath, I tried very carefully and it ended up breaking.

It simply sucks. It has a small nozzle. The tilt it has at the bottom shows that it has been installed crookedly (all my guests ask who installed it crookedly!). The laughable thing is the nonexistent build quality. All the plastics are poorly placed. Its back, on which it leans against the wall, is not reinforced with metal, resulting in the whole hood wobbling up and down. I had to screw it onto the chimney to support it better. The lamp (Turkish-made) was not properly screwed from the beginning and it burned out on the third day. To change the bulb, you can't fit your hand. I called an electrician who took it down and also changed the wires and socket, which were dangerous. The metal filters do not securely lock (I'm waiting for them to fall into the food). I bought it for 70 euros, but I don't know how much it will cost me in money and time...

For the money, it is very good, it has good performance and is a bit noisy as I expected since it is an extractor. I would characterize it as value for money
