Purchased at the end of September and by December the frother was demagnetized, despite careful cleaning of the device after each use. The warranty did not apply (as I was told at the store), a new one had to be purchased, but it was sold out. It was bought elsewhere at double the price (an original from Nespresso) and it was demagnetized again in two months, with one coffee used per day. You buy the expensive frother for quality and service, which were not present here. Buy another one, there are much better and cheaper ones on the market.

It broke down after moderate use... The red light flashes after 10 seconds. I was told by the dealership that the stirrer might have been demagnetized... That’s not the case either... It just broke down suddenly without much use!!
The price is huge for such low build quality!!!

While I was relatively satisfied (mainly with the hot), after 2.5 years it stopped working, the red light is blinking and it doesn't work. They told me from Nespresso that the frother might have been magnetized, I paid 4€ but nothing. It's not worth it. Also, out of warranty, they won't even accept it for inspection due to sealing issues.

A medium-quality device at best. As most users also confirm in the comments and reviews, the cold milk froth is a complete failure. The various videos on YouTube with the respective recommended homemade solutions (without devices, etc.) for cold milk froth are ultimately much better. Hot milk froth is indeed produced, but there are issues with the quantity and texture. That is, even if you choose to have it whisked twice, while there is milk froth on the surface, the rest of the amount is in a completely thin form, just warmer in temperature. I bought it as part of a bundle offer with a coffee maker for 103 euros and therefore I won’t say anything more. However, it is absolutely not worth paying 70 euros and above, as I see the average price is, for it as a separate product.

For hot milk foam, if you fill it up to the Max, half comes out as foam and half as milk. You have to put in very little to make hot milk foam, and repeat for a double cappuccino. For cold, honestly, not even worth mentioning. Failure. Basically, the machine has no power at all. Disappointment.

It makes very good hot milk foam; I have been using it for 4 seasons in a hotel. Poor construction; the lid broke immediately.

I was between 3 and 4 stars, but in the end it probably just misses the 4th star because of its price. For hot milk foam, the result is perfect (always with the right milk, of course). With cold milk, it falls a little short. Not that you can’t achieve the texture and thickness it should have, but personally I have to, first, run it through twice and, second, it still needs another 10–15 seconds in a frappe mixer. Only then do I get what I want, even with barista line milks. For the 70 euros it costs, I think it should deliver a better result out of the box.
