  • Trouble-free printer for office use with a relatively large print cycle.
It has not presented any problems for continuous use over 3 years.
Network collaboration works perfectly (using static IP).
The use of compatible toner has not disrupted its normal operation.

Very good for use around 2000 prints per month. Purchased a year ago, paper jams almost never occur. In web use, it may need a restart once a week. Generally trouble-free.

We bought three printers for the office because we can source affordable compatible toners, which are also sold without the chip, but you will need to carefully remove it from the original toner the first time and place it in the compatible one. Note that the enterprise series does not accept compatible toners. However, one printer had some issues, and then a phone communication odyssey began with the dealership, etc., until they sent a technician to inspect the machine. Eventually, they couldn't identify the problem, and then a new marathon of negotiations began. The dealership suggested replacing it with a certified printer, which means something like assembling it from various printer parts, which we didn't accept since our printer was new. Then they suggested finding an identical new one and replacing it, which didn't happen after waiting for many days. We were wondering how the dealership couldn't find a new machine. Finally, they offered us a refund of the purchase amount, which we accepted, and the return of the old one to the company.

The only downside is that for network printing (even with AirPrint), it needs to be a plugin on the router (wired, not wifi). I found a solution by using a TP Link wireless access point that accepts a LAN cable.
