This manual has been written to assist English-speaking driving students in successfully passing the written examination and learning real driving, not just obtaining a driver's license. Studying the book should be accompanied by corresponding practical training and practice. The book does not replace theory lessons in any way.

The manual contains all the material found in the Ministry of Transportation's book, theory, and exercises, with the following provisions:

• The supplement to the book contains necessary theory useful for studying the exercises of the corresponding chapter of the book.
• Under each question in the book, the answer is included along with an explanation from the author, as well as supplementary images and other references that cover the theory and the Highway Code; therefore, the official book is not necessary.
• You will notice that some answers are repeated in some cases. This is done intentionally for BETTER PROVISION of the subject.

The material of the manual initially stemmed from a teaching program of the theoretical courses that were taught - and are still being taught - in the school's classroom. With each subsequent lesson, necessary improvements and changes were made until the manual reached its final form today.
