  • I had the SF2 and since I was satisfied with the quality I decided to go for this one because it has music share and connects with more people. However, when you want to talk on the phone or listen to music in general solo, it's fine. In intercom mode, the sound is not okay, it's very shrill and even more so when you have the audio overlay, supposedly listening to music in the background and talking on the intercom at the same time. This doesn't work well at all. I am forced to turn off the Bluetooth so that only the Intercom works, which also doesn't sound as clear as the SF2. It sounds intermittent with static and shrill noises. I don't know what's wrong. With the SF2, people didn't believe I was riding because of the good noise cancellation and quality. With this one, I don't know why, I'm trying to see if it's something in the settings. For 2 months now, nothing has changed.

  • My friends with Cardo complain about interference, noise, and blowing, and many times I hear them with a robotic voice, and to fix it, I have to close the intercom and reconnect with them. Also, there is no easy way to connect with another intercom like with other brands, which can be done through an app with a single button. And finally, once I connect with someone, even after a while, while I’m listening to music, out of the blue it starts searching for intercom and annoys me that the connection failed even though I haven't set it to search.

On the positive side, the good sound quality when I listen to music and nothing else!
