Formerly known as Founder's Reserve, The Harvest is a unique blend of Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. The Walsh distillery, aiming to honor Ireland's rich agricultural and distilling heritage, chose to rename the whiskey. The name may have changed, but the award-winning whiskey has not! A marriage of heavenly proportions – 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still. Triple distilled, matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels, and crafted from mash entirely made of Irish barley. Bottled at 40% ABV.
Nose: Notes of warm spices, black pepper & peaches.
Taste: Pot Still spices, dark chocolate, and oak.
Finish: Oak and butterscotch.
