Chivas Regal XV 15 years is a luxurious blended scotch whisky, created in 2018 by Master Blender Sandy Hyslop from selected single malt and grain whiskies that have matured for 15 years, with the peculiarity that a part of them has been aged in Cognac barrels.
The result is a balanced, fruity, and velvety whisky. Its color is rich honey with sweet aromas such as caramelized red apples, orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon, and ripe sultanas. On the palate, it is incredibly smooth and fruity with flavors reminiscent of poached pears, butterscotch, and toffees. Its finish is rounded with a hint of vanilla.
Enjoy it neat, with a little ice or water to better bring out its aromas.
