Dry cutting disc for structural materials with a diameter of 230mm. Suitable for professional and amateur use, it can cut materials such as concrete, exposed aggregate concrete, cement, natural stone, brick, and reinforced concrete. Particularly suitable for reinforced concrete and rocks. It offers high speed and absolute precision in cutting.

Instructions for use:

  • The diameter of the hole and the axis of the machine must be equal.
  • Flanges and axis must be free of damage and clean.
  • The flanges should have equal diameters.
  • The directional arrow on the blade must align with the rotation of the machine.
  • Never work without protective eyewear.
  • Apply light pressure during cutting.
  • The cutting speed decreases with excessive pressure.
  • The heat generated can cause damage and jam the blade.
  • Occasionally lift the blade to lower the temperature.
  • Use the blade only for straight cuts.
  • Avoid working the blade at an angle.
  • If the blade shines or its cutting ability diminishes, you can sharpen it by cutting grinding material.
  • After changing blades, ensure that the arrow rotates in the correct direction.
