It is truly fabric, and not plastic with some embedded fibers. Very durable material, but with not particularly strong adhesive. On the other hand, it neither gets dirty nor becomes sticky over time. I found it indispensable for use in areas with friction (e.g. cable braids in moving parts) or with intense temperature fluctuations.

I have used it on the machine at the points of plastic assembly and all the cracks disappeared.

For jobs where the glue doesn't need to be strong, it can be useful. For me, due to the very weak glue it has, it didn't help me at all.

This is the real "duct tape", don't be fooled by the title "fabric tape" and they show you a 5mm width that is made of a different material. I use it on my car and motorcycle, it's an amazing product, if you need to fix something you just pull it back and then it sticks normally again! It doesn't come off, it doesn't tear, it doesn't leave residue on your hands, it cuts vertically, it doesn't melt in the sun, it doesn't get worn out... it's like the "black dog" we used to say in the past.

The only fabric tape. Most stores will suggest duct tape. No comparison! I used it to wrap car wiring. It sticks strongly without leaving any residue on hands or cables. I bought 2 pieces because it's not easy to find. I recommend it!
