    It is indeed a nice movie and without foam. Easy to install although you need to have a little nail to remove the plastic from one side. I would not recommend it for heavy objects. Personally, at some point when I removed a light object from the wall, it took off a part of it. This shows how durable it is. Overall, it is good although I would prefer it to have more gel. It is thin.
