This book attempts to explore the financial institutions that are legislatively applied and in effect in our country. At the same time, it aims to evaluate these institutions as well as to formulate proposals where possible.

The purpose of the book is to introduce the reader to the basic philosophy and theory of these institutions, as well as the practical process leading to their implementation. The overall contribution of the book is the clarification of fundamental concepts and real situations regarding the subjects of study.

In contrast to other studies that deal with individual topics of financing or financial institutions, this book provides a comprehensive picture. This book refers to theories that have been formulated regarding the institutions, without expanding and remaining solely with them. Its goal is not that. It progresses into the practice of these institutions, the implementation processes, and their realization and development.
