3M Scotch Super 33+ electrical tape is used for electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cables and busbars, as well as for irregularly shaped surfaces. It is self-extinguishing, flexible, and resistant to abrasion, moisture, acids, corrosion, ultraviolet radiation, aging, and changing weather conditions. It provides waterproof protection and can be used for cable bundling.

It can be wrapped at temperatures down to -18 °C and allows continuous operation at temperatures up to +105 °C.
