Μόλις το παρέλαβα , το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι δουλεύει και δουλεύει και πολύ καλά , χάνει αποδοτικότητα σε σχέση με τα κλασικά A/C επειδή ο αέρας πίσω που βγαίνει από τη σωλήνα διαχέεται λίγο αλλά υπάρχει ειδικό isolation υλικό σαν πανακι που το τυλίγει και δεν υπάρχει ούτε αυτό το πρόβλημα , άμα το θέλετε για ψύξη και δεν γίνεται να βάλετε κλασικό air condition πάρτε το με κλειστά μάτια , πραγματικά ψοφαγα στην ζεστή και με το που μπήκε σε δωμάτιο 35 βαθμών το έκανε 25 για πλάκα κάνει ότι υπόσχεται δεν ιδρώνω επιτέλους

I have been using it for 2 weeks already. I have a balcony door in the room, I placed it on a small table so that the hose comes out straight from the back without bending, and I got a self-adhesive curtain to cover the gap that the glass can't cover due to the hose outlet. I bought the curtain separately, it is not included with the product, although the product does include something similar for those who have a window instead of a balcony door in their room. The room cools down a lot in August with 30+ degrees at night, it breaks the humidity and you sleep very comfortably. Don't expect to see below 26 degrees in the room ever, but it does its job for a small room very well for its price. The noise is quite a bit but after 2-3 uses you get used to it easily. Έχω μπαλκονόπορτα στο δωμάτιο, το έβαλα πάνω σε ένα τραπεζάκι για να βγαίνει ο σωλήνας από πίσω ευθεία χωρίς να σπάει και πήρα μια αυτοκόλλητη κουρτίνα για να καλύπτει το κενό που δεν μπορεί το τζαμί να καλύψει λόγω της εξόδου του σωλήνα. Τη κουρτίνα τη πήρα χωριστά δεν περιλαμβάνεται στο προϊόν αν και το προϊόν περιλαμβάνει κάτι παρόμοιο για όσους έχουν παράθυρο αντί για μπαλκονόπορτα στο δωμάτιο τους. Το δωμάτιο δροσίζει πάρα πολύ μέσα στο Αυγούστο με 30+ βαθμούς το βράδυ, σπάει τη υγρασία και κάνεις πολύ άνετο ύπνο. Μη περιμένετε να δείτε κάτω από 26 βαθμούς στο δωμάτιο ποτέ αλλά τη δουλειά του για ένα μικρό δωμάτιο την κάνει πολύ καλά για τα λεφτά του. Ο θόρυβος είναι αρκετός αλλά μετα από 2 3 λειτουργίες συνηθίζεται εύκολα. Το συνιστώ!
Whoever gets this to cool a room, the room must be very small and you must seal very well the area where you place the exhaust hose. Otherwise, a large amount of the cooling will be lost. The room is permanently at 27 degrees. But I found a way to cool down. I simply have it blowing directly on me all the time. In the bedroom, for example, to feel cool you just set it to blow on you from a distance and you do actually feel cooler. Generally, it is noisy. It has 2 intensity levels. If you have no other option (regular AC), then it is a good choice; if you have the option to get a regular air conditioner, then you should prefer to get a regular one.
Οποιος το πάρει για να δροσίσει ένα δωμάτιο, το δωμάτιο πρπει να είναι πάρα πολύ μικρό και πρέπει να κλείσετε παρά πολύ καλά την περιοχή που θα τοποθετήσετε τη σωλήνα εξαγωγής αέρα. Γιατί ειδάλλως θα χαθεί σε πολύ μεγάλο βαθμό η ψύξη. Το δωμάτιο είναι μόνιμα στους 27 βαθμούς. Αλλά βρήκα τρόπο να δροσίζει. Απλά το έχω μόνιμα να φυσάει πάνω μου. Στην κρεβατοκάμαρα δηλαδή για να νιώσεις δροσιά απλά το βάζεις να φυσάει πάνω σου από απόσταση και όντως δροσίζεσαι. Σε γενικές γραμμές κάνει φασαρία. Εχει 2 στάδια έντασης. Εάν δεν έχετε άλλη επιλογή (κανονικά AC) τότε είναι καλή επιλογή, εάν έχετε επιλογή να πάρετε κανονικό κλιματιστικό τότε προτιμήστε να πάρετε κανονικό.

While in the other rooms of the house I have wall-mounted split air conditioners, in my office, which measures 4.0x3.5 m2, I had to get a portable one because all the walls are covered with bookcases and there is no space.
Its performance is amazing.
With the thermostat set at 25°C and the outside temperature at 35.6°C, it keeps the office temperature at 26.6°C with the compressor running about 40% of the time (with a corresponding reduction in maximum power, I assume).
I should point out that there is a computer in the office that is always on, with a power consumption of around 250w.

As for the installation, with the accessories included in the package, it's a piece of cake - I installed it in 5 minutes.

The condensates, according to the user manual, evaporate and are expelled with the hot air into the environment.
Six days that I've been running it now in cooling mode, this seems to be true.
In dehumidification mode, I don't know if this applies or if the condensate collector needs to be emptied regularly.
For emptying, you have to open two plugs, which is easy to do.
But the lower plug is very low and there is no space to place a small basin - you will need to lift the entire unit at least 15cm above the ground.

Now the negatives.
The machine is not an inverter - I wouldn't expect that anyway in such a cheap machine.
This means that the temperature is not regulated by varying the compressor speed, but by stopping and starting it.
Fortunately, it is quiet and you can't tell when it starts and stops, except for a jolt of the machine - they could have designed better support for the compressor.

The noise, which comes mainly from the fan and not the compressor (which is almost silent), is not negligible.
With the fan on low (F1), the average noise level in front of the machine is 76dB (with a maximum of 84dB), while with the fan on high (F2), the average level is 84dB (with a maximum of 85dB).
I wouldn't recommend it for a bedroom.

The unit is cooled by air from the interior space. That is, it uses air that we have already cooled and expels it outside.
This means wasted energy and reduced efficiency.
On the other hand, for me as a smoker, it has some benefit because it minimally renews the air in the room.
And additionally, it allows for reduced dimensions and better condenser performance - imagine what size and air supply would be needed if, instead of 26°C air from the interior, it used 36°C air from outside.

It only has two fan speeds and no automatic function. This means the fan runs at the speed you set and is not automatically regulated.
I believe that even in a machine as cheap as this, they could have included at least three speeds and an automatic function.

In conclusion, for a small space and for 2-3 months of use in the summer, I would recommend it unreservedly.
I am satisfied with what I bought for only €229.
UPDATE: All summer that I used the device, I did not need to empty the condensate tank.

Ενώ στα άλλα δωμάτια του σπιτιού έχω split κλιματιστικά τοίχου, στο γραφείο μου με διαστάσεις 4.0x3.5 m2 αναγκάστηκα να πάρω φορητό επειδή όλοι οι τοίχοι είναι καλυμμένοι με βιβλιοθήκες και δεν υπάρχει χώρος.
Η απόδοσή του είναι καταπληκτική.
Με ρύθμιση του θερμοστάτη στους 25οC και εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 35,6οC, διατηρεί τη θερμοκρασία στο γραφείο στους 26.6οC με τον συμπιεστή να δουλεύει στο 40% περίπου του χρόνου (με ανάλογη μείωση της μέγιστης ισχύος υποθέτω).
Να υπογραμμίσω ότι στο γραφείο είναι ανοικτός σε μόνιμη βάση ένας υπολογιστής, με κατανάλωση ισχύος γύρω στα 250w.

Όσο για την εγκατάσταση, με τα εξαρτήματα που περιλαμβάνονται στη συσκευασία είναι παιχνιδάκι - το εγκατέστησα σε 5 λεπτά.
.
Τα συμπυκνώματα, σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες χρήσης εξατμίζονται και αποβάλλονται με τον θερμό αέρα στο περιβάλλον.
Έξι μέρες που το δουλεύω τώρα σε ψύξη, φαίνεται να ισχύει.
Σε λειτουργία αφύγρανσης δεν ξέρω αν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο ή αν χρειάζεται τακτικά άδειασμα ο συλλέκτης των συμπυκνωμάτων.
Για το άδειασμα θα πρέπει να ανοίξεις δύο τάπες, που γίνεται εύκολα.
Αλλά η κάτω τάπα βρίσκεται πολύ χαμηλά και δεν υπάρχει χώρος για να τοποθετήσεις κάποιο λεκανάκι - θα χρειαστεί να σηκώσεις όλη τη μονάδα τουλάχιστον 15cm πάνω από το έδαφος.

Τα αρνητικά τώρα.
Το μηχάνημα δεν είναι inverter - δεν θα περίμενα κάτι τέτοιο άλλωστε σε ένα τόσο φθηνό μηχάνημα.
Αυτό σημαίνει ότι η ρύθμιση της θερμοκρασίας δεν γίνεται με αυξομείωση της ταχύτητας του συμπιεστή, αλλά με σταματήματα και ξεκινήματά του.
Ευτυχώς είναι αθόρυβος και δεν καταλαβαίνεις πότε ξεκινά και πότε σταματά, παρά μόνο από ένα τράνταγμα του μηχανήματος - θα μπορούσαν να είχαν σχεδιάσει καλύτερη στήριξη του συμπιεστή.

Ο θόρυβος που προέρχεται κυρίως από τον ανεμιστήρα και όχι από τον συμπιεστή (που είναι σχεδόν αθόρυβος) δεν είναι αμελητέος.
Με τον ανεμιστήρα στη μικρή σκάλα (F1) η μέση στάθμη του θορύβου μπροστά στο μηχάνημα είναι 76dB (με μέγιστη τα 84dB), ενώ με τον ανεμιστήρα στη μεγάλη σκάλα (F2) η μέση στάθμη είναι 84dB (με μέγιστη τα 85dB).
Δεν θα το συνιστούσα για υπνοδωμάτιο.

Η ψύξη της μονάδας γίνεται από αέρα του εσωτερικού χώρου. Δηλαδή χρησιμοποιεί αέρα που έχουμε ήδη ψύξει και τον πετά έξω.
Αυτό σημαίνει σπατάλη ενέργειας και μείωση της απόδοσης.
Από την άλλη όμως, για εμένα που είμαι καπνιστής, έχει κάποια ωφέλεια γιατί ανανεώνει στοιχειωδώς τον αέρα του χώρου.
Και επί πλέον επιτρέπει τη μείωση των διαστάσεων και την απόδοση του συμπυκνωτή - φανταστείτε τι διαστάσεις θα χρειαζόταν και τι παροχή αέρα, αν αντί για αέρα 26oC από τον εσωτερικό χώρο χρησιμοποιούσε αέρα 36οC από τον εξωτερικό χώρο.

Έχει μόνο δύο ταχύτητες στον ανεμιστήρα και όχι αυτόματη λειτουργία. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι ο ανεμιστήρας δουλεύει στη ταχύτητα που θα βάλεις εσύ και δεν ρυθμίζεται αυτόματα.
Πιστεύω ότι ακόμα και σε ένα μηχάνημα τόσο φθηνό όσο αυτό, θα μπορούσαν να έχουν βάλει τουλάχιστον τρεις ταχύτητες και αυτόματη λειτουργία.

Εν κατακλείδι, για έναν μικρό χώρο και για 2-3 μήνες λειτουργίας το καλοκαίρι θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.
Είμαι ευχαριστημένος για αυτό που αγόρασα με μόνο 229€.
UPDATE: Όλο το καλοκαίρι που χρησιμοποίησα τη συσκευή, δεν χρειάστηκε να αδειάσω τον κάδο συμπυκνωμάτων.
I use it in a 12-square-meter room. The first 2 days I used it, it did absolutely nothing and I thought I had wasted my money. After the third day, when I found its "problems," it now works perfectly and cools the room properly and very quickly.
Its "problems" are:
1) The air exhaust hose gets very hot due to the hot air, so you need to place the air conditioner very close to the window so that the hose is as short as possible and therefore heats the room as little as possible.
2) The air exhaust hose adapter must somehow seal completely at the window. I use packing tape to seal the gaps and it made a big difference because the air conditioner has very low output, so even a little air coming in prevents it from cooling the room.
3) The temperature sensor it has does not work properly. For example, you might set it to 24 and it stops when the room is at 27, or set it to 22 and it freezes the room, bringing the temperature down to 19. In my space, if I set it to 23, it keeps the room temperature at 25 and that's okay.
The negatives are that it is indeed quite noisy, although it is one of the most "quiet" portable air conditioners on the market. It has 2 fan speed settings but in practice, I haven't noticed any difference in noise or intensity. It's practically the same whether you set it to 1 or 2.
Now, regarding what I read about needing to empty the water all the time, I use it every night for about 9 hours and I needed to empty the water after 6 days, and the process is really very easy.
To sum up, my opinion is that if you have the option to install a regular air conditioner, buying a portable one is not worth it at all. But if there is no other option, it is a good purchase for its price.
Το χρησιμοποιώ σε ένα δωμάτιο 12 τετραγωνικά. Τις πρώτες 2 μέρες που το χρησιμοποίησα δεν έκανε απολύτως τίποτα και είπα ότι πέταξα τα λεφτά μου. Μετά την τρίτη μέρα που βρήκα τα "προβλήματα" του πλέον δουλεύει άψογα και ψύχει τον χώρο κανονικά και πολύ γρήγορα.
Τα "προβλήματα" του είναι :
1)Ο σωλήνας εξαγωγής του αέρα ζεσταίνεται πάρα πολύ λόγω του θερμού αέρα οπότε θα πρέπει να τοποθετήσετε το κλιματιστικό πολύ κοντά στο παράθυρο έτσι ώστε ο σωλήνας να έχει όσο το δυνατόν λιγότερο μήκος άρα να ζεσταίνει όσο το δυνατόν λιγότερο το δωμάτιο.
2)Ο ανταπτορας του σωλήνα εξαγωγής αέρα θα πρέπει με κάποιο τρόπο να σφραγίζει τελείως στο παράθυρο. Εγώ χρησιμοποιώ ταινία συσκευασίας για να κλείσω τις χαραμάδες και έκανε μεγάλη διαφορά λόγω του ότι το κλιματιστικό έχει πολύ μικρή απόδοση οπότε ακόμα και ο λίγος αέρας που μπαίνει μέσα δεν το αφήνει να κρυώσει τον χώρο.
3) Ο σενσορας θερμοκρασίας που έχει δεν λειτουργεί σωστά. Δηλαδή μπορεί να το βάλεις στους 24 και να σταματάει όταν το δωμάτιο είναι στους 27 ή να το βάλεις στους 22 και να παγώσει το δωμάτιο πηγαίνοντας τη θερμοκρασία στους 19. Στον δικό μου χώρο εάν το βάλω στο 23, κρατάει τη θερμοκρασια δωματίου στους 25 και είναι οκ.
Τα αρνητικά του είναι ότι όντως κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο αν και είναι από τα πιο "αθόρυβα" φορητά κλιματιστικά που παίζουν στην αγορά. Εχει 2 ρυθμίσεις για την ένταση του ανεμιστήρα αλλά στην πράξη εγώ δεν έχω δει διαφορά ούτε στον θόρυβο ούτε στην Ένταση. Είναι πρακτικά το ίδιο είτε το βάλεις στο 1 είτε στο 2.
Τώρα όσον αφορά αυτά που διάβασα ότι χρειάζεται να αδειάζεις συνέχεια το νερό, εγώ το χρησιμοποιώ κάθε βράδυ για 9 ώρες περίπου και χρειάστηκε να του αδειάσω το νερό μετά από 6 ημέρες και η διαδικασία είναι πραγματικά πολύ εύκολη.
Για να συνοψίσω, η άποψη μου είναι πως εάν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να τοποθετήσετε κανονικό κλιματιστικό, η αγορά του φορητού δεν αξίζει καθόλου. Αλλά εάν δεν υπάρχει επιλογή, είναι μια καλή αγορά για τα λεφτά του.
Very good portable air conditioner, it cools the room quickly. A basic requirement is to have a spot inside the house for the hot air to exit through the hose. It makes a bit of noise but within reasonable limits.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed. You need to have an open window or a hole in the wall for the hose to pass through, which means that a huge amount of performance is lost. It is quite noisy. Δυστυχώς είμαι απογοητευμένη. Πρέπει έχεις ανοιχτό παράθυρο ή τρύπα στον τοίχο για να περάσει ο σωλήνας, πράγμα όμως που σημαίνει ότι χάνεται τεράστια απόδοση. Είναι αρκετά θορυβώδες. Το δουλεύουμε στο 23 και δυστυχώς δεν κάνει καλή ψύξη. Ωστόσο, διαθέτει ανεμιστήρα, δύο σκάλες ταχυτήτων, λειτουργία αφυγραντήρα, και χρονοδιακόπτη. Ένα αστέρι μόνο γι'αυτά...ακόμα ένα αρνητικό είναι ότι χρειάζεται πολύ συχνά να αδειάζεις το νερό και να καθαρίζεις τα φίλτρα...
Δεν θα πρότεινα σε κανέναν να το αγοράσει...

I bought it out of desperation because the room with 2 screens and a PC reached temperatures of 34/36 degrees. While the air temperature it emits is quite low at 17-19 degrees, even after 10 hours open set at 27 degrees it fails to lower the room temperature below 30. The room is about 12 sq.m. and the hose is installed on a balcony door. (I had to put cardboard on the top because the attachment is for a window). In general, it's okay if there is no other solution. But if someone can install a regular A/C, they should prefer it. It also makes a lot of noise, with my phone measuring it at 65-69db, which is actually what they write, it's just quite loud, at least 65 db for sleep.
Το αγόρασα από απελπισία διότι το δωμάτιο με 2 οθόνες και Η/Υ έφτανε θερμοκρασίες 34/36 βαθμούς. Ενώ η θερμοκρασία του αέρα που βγάζει είναι αρκετά χαμηλή 17-19 βαθμοί, ακόμη και μετά από 10 ώρες ανοιχτό σεταρισμένο στους 27 βαθμούς δεν καταφέρνει να ρίξει τη θερμοκρασία του δωματίου κάτω από 30. Το δωμάτιο είναι περίπου 12 τ.μ. και ό σωλήνας είναι εγκατεστημένος σε μπαλκονόπορτα. (έπρεπε να βάλω χαρτόνι στο πάνω μέρος διότι το εξάρτημα είναι για παράθυρο). Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι οκ εάν δεν υπάρχει άλλη λύση. Αλλά εάν μπορεί κάποιος να βάλει κανονικό A/C να το προτιμήσει. Επίσης κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο, με το κινητό το μετράω στα 65-69db, που όντως τόσα γράφουν οτι κάνει, απλά είναι αρκετά 65 db τουλάχιστον για ύπνο.

Παναγία μου, την πάτησα άσχημα. Ότι χειρότερο, το έχω βάλει εδώ και τρεις ώρες και δεν έχει κατεβάσει την θερμοκρασία παραπάνω από ένα βαθμό. Ή σωλήνα εξαγωγής ζεματαει τή μετρησα με θερμόμετρο laser και έδειξε 72 βαθμούς και ή ζεστή επιστρέφει στο δωμάτιο. Μόνο αν κάθεστε μπροστά ακριβώς δροσίζει. Κατανάλωση 720watt αλλά χωρίς αποτέλεσμα. Θόρυβος απελπισία στην χαμηλότερη σκάλα, έχει δύο. Θα ζητήσω να το πάρουν πίσω να πάρω κάτι άλλο. Αν δεν το πάρουν έχασα 260 ευρώ.

It only cools if you sit in front of it where the air comes out. It makes a lot of noise. It doesn't cool the room because the hose that is supposed to release the air through the window gets too hot and as a result, the room also gets hot. I have been using it for 2 weeks already. I have a balcony door in the room, I placed it on a small table so that the hose comes out straight from the back without bending, and I got a self-adhesive curtain to cover the gap that the glass can't cover due to the hose outlet. Στην κρεβατοκάμαρα δηλαδή για να νιώσεις δροσιά απλά το βάζεις να φυσάει πάνω σου από απόσταση και όντως δροσίζεσαι. Σε γενικές γραμμές κάνει φασαρία. Εχει 2 στάδια έντασης. Εάν δεν έχετε άλλη επιλογή (κανονικά AC) τότε είναι καλή επιλογή, εάν έχετε επιλογή να πάρετε κανονικό κλιματιστικό τότε προτιμήστε να πάρετε κανονικό.

While in the other rooms of the house I have wall-mounted split air conditioners, in my office, which measures 4.0x3.5 m2, I had to get a portable one because all the walls are covered with bookcases and there is no space.
Its performance is amazing.
With the thermostat set at 25°C and the outside temperature at 35.6°C, it keeps the office temperature at 26.6°C with the compressor running about 40% of the time (with a corresponding reduction in maximum power, I assume).
I should point out that there is a computer in the office that is always on, with a power consumption of around 250w.

The machine is not an inverter - I wouldn't expect that anyway in such a cheap machine.
This means that the temperature is not regulated by varying the compressor speed, but by stopping and starting it.
Fortunately, it is quiet and you can't tell when it starts and stops, except for a jolt of the machine - they could have designed better support for the compressor.

The noise, which comes mainly from the fan and not the compressor (which is almost silent), is not negligible.
With the fan on low (F1), the average noise level in front of the machine is 76dB (with a maximum of 84dB), while with the fan on high (F2), the average level is 84dB (with a maximum of 85dB).
I wouldn't recommend it for a bedroom.

The unit is cooled by air from the interior space. That is, it uses air that we have already cooled and expels it outside.
This means wasted energy and reduced efficiency.
On the other hand, for me as a smoker, it has some benefit because it minimally renews the air in the room.
And additionally, it allows for reduced dimensions and better condenser performance - imagine what size and air supply would be needed if, instead of 26°C air from the interior, it used 36°C air from outside.

It only has two fan speeds and no automatic function. This means the fan runs at the speed you set and is not automatically regulated.
I believe that even in a machine as cheap as this, they could have included at least three speeds and an automatic function.

In conclusion, for a small space and for 2-3 months of use in the summer, I would recommend it unreservedly.
I am satisfied with what I bought for only €229.
UPDATE: All summer that I used the device, I did not need to empty the condensate tank.

Ενώ στα άλλα δωμάτια του σπιτιού έχω split κλιματιστικά τοίχου, στο γραφείο μου με διαστάσεις 4.0x3.5 m2 αναγκάστηκα να πάρω φορητό επειδή όλοι οι τοίχοι είναι καλυμμένοι με βιβλιοθήκες και δεν υπάρχει χώρος.
Η απόδοσή του είναι καταπληκτική.
Με ρύθμιση του θερμοστάτη στους 25οC και εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 35,6οC, διατηρεί τη θερμοκρασία στο γραφείο στους 26.6οC με τον συμπιεστή να δουλεύει στο 40% περίπου του χρόνου (με ανάλογη μείωση της μέγιστης ισχύος υποθέτω).
Να υπογραμμίσω ότι στο γραφείο είναι ανοικτός σε μόνιμη βάση ένας υπολογιστής, με κατανάλωση ισχύος γύρω στα 250w.

Όσο για την εγκατάσταση, με τα εξαρτήματα που περιλαμβάνονται στη συσκευασία είναι παιχνιδάκι - το εγκατέστησα σε 5 λεπτά.
.
Τα συμπυκνώματα, σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες χρήσης εξατμίζονται και αποβάλλονται με τον θερμό αέρα στο περιβάλλον.
Έξι μέρες που το δουλεύω τώρα σε ψύξη, φαίνεται να ισχύει.
Σε λειτουργία αφύγρανσης δεν ξέρω αν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο ή αν χρειάζεται τακτικά άδειασμα ο συλλέκτης των συμπυκνωμάτων.
Για το άδειασμα θα πρέπει να ανοίξεις δύο τάπες, που γίνεται εύκολα.
Αλλά η κάτω τάπα βρίσκεται πολύ χαμηλά και δεν υπάρχει χώρος για να τοποθετήσεις κάποιο λεκανάκι - θα χρειαστεί να σηκώσεις όλη τη μονάδα τουλάχιστον 15cm πάνω από το έδαφος.

Τα αρνητικά τώρα.
Το μηχάνημα δεν είναι inverter - δεν θα περίμενα κάτι τέτοιο άλλωστε σε ένα τόσο φθηνό μηχάνημα.
Αυτό σημαίνει ότι η ρύθμιση της θερμοκρασίας δεν γίνεται με αυξομείωση της ταχύτητας του συμπιεστή, αλλά με σταματήματα και ξεκινήματά του.
Ευτυχώς είναι αθόρυβος και δεν καταλαβαίνεις πότε ξεκινά και πότε σταματά, παρά μόνο από ένα τράνταγμα του μηχανήματος - θα μπορούσαν να είχαν σχεδιάσει καλύτερη στήριξη του συμπιεστή.

Ο θόρυβος που προέρχεται κυρίως από τον ανεμιστήρα και όχι από τον συμπιεστή (που είναι σχεδόν αθόρυβος) δεν είναι αμελητέος.
Με τον ανεμιστήρα στη μικρή σκάλα (F1) η μέση στάθμη του θορύβου μπροστά στο μηχάνημα είναι 76dB (με μέγιστη τα 84dB), ενώ με τον ανεμιστήρα στη μεγάλη σκάλα (F2) η μέση στάθμη είναι 84dB (με μέγιστη τα 85dB).
Δεν θα το συνιστούσα για υπνοδωμάτιο.

Η ψύξη της μονάδας γίνεται από αέρα του εσωτερικού χώρου. Δηλαδή χρησιμοποιεί αέρα που έχουμε ήδη ψύξει και τον πετά έξω.
Αυτό σημαίνει σπατάλη ενέργειας και μείωση της απόδοσης.
Από την άλλη όμως, για εμένα που είμαι καπνιστής, έχει κάποια ωφέλεια γιατί ανανεώνει στοιχειωδώς τον αέρα του χώρου.
Και επί πλέον επιτρέπει τη μείωση των διαστάσεων και την απόδοση του συμπυκνωτή - φανταστείτε τι διαστάσεις θα χρειαζόταν και τι παροχή αέρα, αν αντί για αέρα 26oC από τον εσωτερικό χώρο χρησιμοποιούσε αέρα 36οC από τον εξωτερικό χώρο.

Έχει μόνο δύο ταχύτητες στον ανεμιστήρα και όχι αυτόματη λειτουργία. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι ο ανεμιστήρας δουλεύει στη ταχύτητα που θα βάλεις εσύ και δεν ρυθμίζεται αυτόματα.
Πιστεύω ότι ακόμα και σε ένα μηχάνημα τόσο φθηνό όσο αυτό, θα μπορούσαν να έχουν βάλει τουλάχιστον τρεις ταχύτητες και αυτόματη λειτουργία.

Εν κατακλείδι, για έναν μικρό χώρο και για 2-3 μήνες λειτουργίας το καλοκαίρι θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.
Είμαι ευχαριστημένος για αυτό που αγόρασα με μόνο 229€.
UPDATE: Όλο το καλοκαίρι που χρησιμοποίησα τη συσκευή, δεν χρειάστηκε να αδειάσω τον κάδο συμπυκνωμάτων.
I use it in a 12-square-meter room. The first 2 days I used it, it did absolutely nothing and I thought I had wasted my money. After the third day, when I found its "problems," it now works perfectly and cools the room properly and very quickly.
Its "problems" are:
1) The air exhaust hose gets very hot due to the hot air, so you need to place the air conditioner very close to the window so that the hose is as short as possible and therefore heats the room as little as possible.
2) The air exhaust hose adapter must somehow seal completely at the window. I use packing tape to seal the gaps and it made a big difference because the air conditioner has very low output, so even a little air coming in prevents it from cooling the room.
3) The temperature sensor it has does not work properly. For example, you might set it to 24 and it stops when the room is at 27, or set it to 22 and it freezes the room, bringing the temperature down to 19. In my space, if I set it to 23, it keeps the room temperature at 25 and that's okay.
The negatives are that it is indeed quite noisy, although it is one of the most "quiet" portable air conditioners on the market. It has 2 fan speed settings but in practice, I haven't noticed any difference in noise or intensity. It's practically the same whether you set it to 1 or 2.
Now, regarding what I read about needing to empty the water all the time, I use it every night for about 9 hours and I needed to empty the water after 6 days, and the process is really very easy.
To sum up, my opinion is that if you have the option to install a regular air conditioner, buying a portable one is not worth it at all. But if there is no other option, it is a good purchase for its price.
Το χρησιμοποιώ σε ένα δωμάτιο 12 τετραγωνικά. Τις πρώτες 2 μέρες που το χρησιμοποίησα δεν έκανε απολύτως τίποτα και είπα ότι πέταξα τα λεφτά μου. Μετά την τρίτη μέρα που βρήκα τα "προβλήματα" του πλέον δουλεύει άψογα και ψύχει τον χώρο κανονικά και πολύ γρήγορα.
Τα "προβλήματα" του είναι :
1)Ο σωλήνας εξαγωγής του αέρα ζεσταίνεται πάρα πολύ λόγω του θερμού αέρα οπότε θα πρέπει να τοποθετήσετε το κλιματιστικό πολύ κοντά στο παράθυρο έτσι ώστε ο σωλήνας να έχει όσο το δυνατόν λιγότερο μήκος άρα να ζεσταίνει όσο το δυνατόν λιγότερο το δωμάτιο.
2)Ο ανταπτορας του σωλήνα εξαγωγής αέρα θα πρέπει με κάποιο τρόπο να σφραγίζει τελείως στο παράθυρο. Εγώ χρησιμοποιώ ταινία συσκευασίας για να κλείσω τις χαραμάδες και έκανε μεγάλη διαφορά λόγω του ότι το κλιματιστικό έχει πολύ μικρή απόδοση οπότε ακόμα και ο λίγος αέρας που μπαίνει μέσα δεν το αφήνει να κρυώσει τον χώρο.
3) Ο σενσορας θερμοκρασίας που έχει δεν λειτουργεί σωστά. Δηλαδή μπορεί να το βάλεις στους 24 και να σταματάει όταν το δωμάτιο είναι στους 27 ή να το βάλεις στους 22 και να παγώσει το δωμάτιο πηγαίνοντας τη θερμοκρασία στους 19. Στον δικό μου χώρο εάν το βάλω στο 23, κρατάει τη θερμοκρασια δωματίου στους 25 και είναι οκ.
Τα αρνητικά του είναι ότι όντως κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο αν και είναι από τα πιο "αθόρυβα" φορητά κλιματιστικά που παίζουν στην αγορά. Εχει 2 ρυθμίσεις για την ένταση του ανεμιστήρα αλλά στην πράξη εγώ δεν έχω δει διαφορά ούτε στον θόρυβο ούτε στην Ένταση. Είναι πρακτικά το ίδιο είτε το βάλεις στο 1 είτε στο 2.
Τώρα όσον αφορά αυτά που διάβασα ότι χρειάζεται να αδειάζεις συνέχεια το νερό, εγώ το χρησιμοποιώ κάθε βράδυ για 9 ώρες περίπου και χρειάστηκε να του αδειάσω το νερό μετά από 6 ημέρες και η διαδικασία είναι πραγματικά πολύ εύκολη.
Για να συνοψίσω, η άποψη μου είναι πως εάν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να τοποθετήσετε κανονικό κλιματιστικό, η αγορά του φορητού δεν αξίζει καθόλου. Αλλά εάν δεν υπάρχει επιλογή, είναι μια καλή αγορά για τα λεφτά του.

Γιατί ειδάλλως θα χαθεί σε πολύ μεγάλο βαθμό η ψύξη. Το δωμάτιο είναι μόνιμα στους 27 βαθμούς. Αλλά βρήκα τρόπο να δροσίζει. Απλά το έχω μόνιμα να φυσάει πάνω μου. Στην κρεβατοκάμαρα δηλαδή για να νιώσεις δροσιά απλά το βάζεις να φυσάει πάνω σου από απόσταση και όντως δροσίζεσαι. Σε γενικές γραμμές κάνει φασαρία. Εχει 2 στάδια έντασης. Εάν δεν έχετε άλλη επιλογή (κανονικά AC) τότε είναι καλή επιλογή, εάν έχετε επιλογή να πάρετε κανονικό κλιματιστικό τότε προτιμήστε να πάρετε κανονικό.

While in the other rooms of the house I have wall-mounted split air conditioners, in my office, which measures 4.0x3.5 m2, I had to get a portable one because all the walls are covered with bookcases and there is no space.
Its performance is amazing.
With the thermostat set at 25°C and the outside temperature at 35.6°C, it keeps the office temperature at 26.6°C with the compressor running about 40% of the time (with a corresponding reduction in maximum power, I assume).
I should point out that there is a computer in the office that is always on, with a power consumption of around 250w.

As for the installation, with the accessories included in the package, it's a piece of cake - I installed it in 5 minutes.

The condensates, according to the user manual, evaporate and are expelled with the hot air into the environment.
Six days that I've been running it now in cooling mode, this seems to be true.
In dehumidification mode, I don't know if this applies or if the condensate collector needs to be emptied regularly.
For emptying, you have to open two plugs, which is easy to do.
But the lower plug is very low and there is no space to place a small basin - you will need to lift the entire unit at least 15cm above the ground.

Now the negatives.
The machine is not an inverter - I wouldn't expect that anyway in such a cheap machine.
This means that the temperature is not regulated by varying the compressor speed, but by stopping and starting it.
Fortunately, it is quiet and you can't tell when it starts and stops, except for a jolt of the machine - they could have designed better support for the compressor.

The noise, which comes mainly from the fan and not the compressor (which is almost silent), is not negligible.
With the fan on low (F1), the average noise level in front of the machine is 76dB (with a maximum of 84dB), while with the fan on high (F2), the average level is 84dB (with a maximum of 85dB).
I wouldn't recommend it for a bedroom.

The unit is cooled by air from the interior space. That is, it uses air that we have already cooled and expels it outside.
This means wasted energy and reduced efficiency.
On the other hand, for me as a smoker, it has some benefit because it minimally renews the air in the room.
And additionally, it allows for reduced dimensions and better condenser performance - imagine what size and air supply would be needed if, instead of 26°C air from the interior, it used 36°C air from outside.

It only has two fan speeds and no automatic function. This means the fan runs at the speed you set and is not automatically regulated.
I believe that even in a machine as cheap as this, they could have included at least three speeds and an automatic function.

In conclusion, for a small space and for 2-3 months of use in the summer, I would recommend it unreservedly.
I am satisfied with what I bought for only €229.
UPDATE: All summer that I used the device, I did not need to empty the condensate tank.

Ενώ στα άλλα δωμάτια του σπιτιού έχω split κλιματιστικά τοίχου, στο γραφείο μου με διαστάσεις 4.0x3.5 m2 αναγκάστηκα να πάρω φορητό επειδή όλοι οι τοίχοι είναι καλυμμένοι με βιβλιοθήκες και δεν υπάρχει χώρος.
Η απόδοσή του είναι καταπληκτική.
Με ρύθμιση του θερμοστάτη στους 25οC και εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 35,6οC, διατηρεί τη θερμοκρασία στο γραφείο στους 26.6οC με τον συμπιεστή να δουλεύει στο 40% περίπου του χρόνου (με ανάλογη μείωση της μέγιστης ισχύος υποθέτω).
Να υπογραμμίσω ότι στο γραφείο είναι ανοικτός σε μόνιμη βάση ένας υπολογιστής, με κατανάλωση ισχύος γύρω στα 250w.

Όσο για την εγκατάσταση, με τα εξαρτήματα που περιλαμβάνονται στη συσκευασία είναι παιχνιδάκι - το εγκατέστησα σε 5 λεπτά.

Τα συμπυκνώματα, σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες χρήσης εξατμίζονται και αποβάλλονται με τον θερμό αέρα στο περιβάλλον.
Έξι μέρες που το δουλεύω τώρα σε ψύξη, φαίνεται να ισχύει.
Σε λειτουργία αφύγρανσης δεν ξέρω αν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο ή αν χρειάζεται τακτικά άδειασμα ο συλλέκτης των συμπυκνωμάτων.
Για το άδειασμα θα πρέπει να ανοίξεις δύο τάπες, που γίνεται εύκολα.
Αλλά η κάτω τάπα βρίσκεται πολύ χαμηλά και δεν υπάρχει χώρος για να τοποθετήσεις κάποιο λεκανάκι - θα χρειαστεί να σηκώσεις όλη τη μονάδα τουλάχιστον 15cm πάνω από το έδαφος.

Τα αρνητικά τώρα.
Το μηχάνημα δεν είναι inverter - δεν θα περίμενα κάτι τέτοιο άλλωστε σε ένα τόσο φθηνό μηχάνημα.
Αυτό σημαίνει ότι η ρύθμιση της θερμοκρασίας δεν γίνεται με αυξομείωση της ταχύτητας του συμπιεστή, αλλά με σταματήματα και ξεκινήματά του.
Ευτυχώς είναι αθόρυβος και δεν καταλαβαίνεις πότε ξεκινά και πότε σταματά, παρά μόνο από ένα τράνταγμα του μηχανήματος - θα μπορούσαν να είχαν σχεδιάσει καλύτερη στήριξη του συμπιεστή.

Ο θόρυβος που προέρχεται κυρίως από τον ανεμιστήρα και όχι από τον συμπιεστή (που είναι σχεδόν αθόρυβος) δεν είναι αμελητέος.
Με τον ανεμιστήρα στη μικρή σκάλα (F1) η μέση στάθμη του θορύβου μπροστά στο μηχάνημα είναι 76dB (με μέγιστη τα 84dB), ενώ με τον ανεμιστήρα στη μεγάλη σκάλα (F2) η μέση στάθμη είναι 84dB (με μέγιστη τα 85dB).
Δεν θα το συνιστούσα για υπνοδωμάτιο.

Η ψύξη της μονάδας γίνεται από αέρα του εσωτερικού χώρου. Δηλαδή χρησιμοποιεί αέρα που έχουμε ήδη ψύξει και τον πετά έξω.
Αυτό σημαίνει σπατάλη ενέργειας και μείωση της απόδοσης.
Από την άλλη όμως, για εμένα που είμαι καπνιστής, έχει κάποια ωφέλεια γιατί ανανεώνει στοιχειωδώς τον αέρα του χώρου.
Και επί πλέον επιτρέπει τη μείωση των διαστάσεων και την απόδοση του συμπυκνωτή - φανταστείτε τι διαστάσεις θα χρειαζόταν και τι παροχή αέρα, αν αντί για αέρα 26oC από τον εσωτερικό χώρο χρησιμοποιούσε αέρα 36οC από τον εξωτερικό χώρο.

Έχει μόνο δύο ταχύτητες στον ανεμιστήρα και όχι αυτόματη λειτουργία. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι ο ανεμιστήρας δουλεύει στη ταχύτητα που θα βάλεις εσύ και δεν ρυθμίζεται αυτόματα.
Πιστεύω ότι ακόμα και σε ένα μηχάνημα τόσο φθηνό όσο αυτό, θα μπορούσαν να έχουν βάλει τουλάχιστον τρεις ταχύτητες και αυτόματη λειτουργία.

Εν κατακλείδι, για έναν μικρό χώρο και για 2-3 μήνες λειτουργίας το καλοκαίρι θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.
Είμαι ευχαριστημένος για αυτό που αγόρασα με μόνο 229€.
UPDATE: Όλο το καλοκαίρι που χρησιμοποίησα τη συσκευή, δεν χρειάστηκε να αδειάσω τον κάδο συμπυκνωμάτων.
I use it in a 12-square-meter room. The first 2 days I used it, it did absolutely nothing and I thought I had wasted my money. After the third day, when I found its "problems," it now works perfectly and cools the room properly and very quickly.
Its "problems" are:
1) The air exhaust hose gets very hot due to the hot air, so you need to place the air conditioner very close to the window so that the hose is as short as possible and therefore heats the room as little as possible.
2) The air exhaust hose adapter must somehow seal completely at the window. I use packing tape to seal the gaps and it made a big difference because the air conditioner has very low output, so even a little air coming in prevents it from cooling the room.
3) The temperature sensor it has does not work properly. For example, you might set it to 24 and it stops when the room is at 27, or set it to 22 and it freezes the room, bringing the temperature down to 19. In my space, if I set it to 23, it keeps the room temperature at 25 and that's okay.
The negatives are that it is indeed quite noisy, although it is one of the most "quiet" portable air conditioners on the market. It has 2 fan speed settings but in practice, I haven't noticed any difference in noise or intensity. It's practically the same whether you set it to 1 or 2.
Now, regarding what I read about needing to empty the water all the time, I use it every night for about 9 hours and I needed to empty the water after 6 days, and the process is really very easy.
To sum up, my opinion is that if you have the option to install a regular air conditioner, buying a portable one is not worth it at all. But if there is no other option, it is a good purchase for its price.
Το χρησιμοποιώ σε ένα δωμάτιο 12 τετραγωνικά. Τις πρώτες 2 μέρες που το χρησιμοποίησα δεν έκανε απολύτως τίποτα και είπα ότι πέταξα τα λεφτά μου. Μετά την τρίτη μέρα που βρήκα τα "προβλήματα" του πλέον δουλεύει άψογα και ψύχει τον χώρο κανονικά και πολύ γρήγορα.
Τα "προβλήματα" του είναι :
1)Ο σωλήνας εξαγωγής του αέρα ζεσταίνεται πάρα πολύ λόγω του θερμού αέρα οπότε θα πρέπει να τοποθετήσετε το κλιματιστικό πολύ κοντά στο παράθυρο έτσι ώστε ο σωλήνας να έχει όσο το δυνατόν λιγότερο μήκος άρα να ζεσταίνει όσο το δυνατόν λιγότερο το δωμάτιο.
2)Ο ανταπτορας του σωλήνα εξαγωγής αέρα θα πρέπει με κάποιο τρόπο να σφραγίζει τελείως στο παράθυρο. Εγώ χρησιμοποιώ ταινία συσκευασίας για να κλείσω τις χαραμάδες και έκανε μεγάλη διαφορά λόγω του ότι το κλιματιστικό έχει πολύ μικρή απόδοση οπότε ακόμα και ο λίγος αέρας που μπαίνει μέσα δεν το αφήνει να κρυώσει τον χώρο.
3) Ο σενσορας θερμοκρασίας που έχει δεν λειτουργεί σωστά. Δηλαδή μπορεί να το βάλεις στους 24 και να σταματάει όταν το δωμάτιο είναι στους 27 ή να το βάλεις στους 22 και να παγώσει το δωμάτιο πηγαίνοντας τη θερμοκρασία στους 19. Στον δικό μου χώρο εάν το βάλω στο 23, κρατάει τη θερμοκρασια δωματίου στους 25 και είναι οκ.
Τα αρνητικά του είναι ότι όντως κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο αν και είναι από τα πιο "αθόρυβα" φορητά κλιματιστικά που παίζουν στην αγορά. Εχει 2 ρυθμίσεις για την ένταση του ανεμιστήρα αλλά στην πράξη εγώ δεν έχω δει διαφορά ούτε στον θόρυβο ούτε στην Ένταση. Είναι πρακτικά το ίδιο είτε το βάλεις στο 1 είτε στο 2.
Τώρα όσον αφορά αυτά που διάβασα ότι χρειάζεται να αδειάζεις συνέχεια το νερό, εγώ το χρησιμοποιώ κάθε βράδυ για 9 ώρες περίπου και χρειάστηκε να του αδειάσω το νερό μετά από 6 ημέρες και η διαδικασία είναι πραγματικά πολύ εύκολη.
Για να συνοψίσω, η άποψη μου είναι πως εάν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να τοποθετήσετε κανονικό κλιματιστικό, η αγορά του φορητού δεν αξίζει καθόλου. Αλλά εάν δεν υπάρχει επιλογή, είναι μια καλή αγορά για τα λεφτά του.
Very good portable air conditioner, it cools the room quickly. A basic requirement is to have a spot inside the house for the hot air to exit through the hose. It makes a bit of noise but within reasonable limits.

Δυστυχώς είμαι απογοητευμένη. Πρέπει έχεις ανοιχτό παράθυρο ή τρύπα στον τοίχο για να περάσει ο σωλήνας, πράγμα όμως που σημαίνει ότι χάνεται τεράστια απόδοση. Είναι αρκετά θορυβώδες. Το δουλεύουμε στο 23 και δυστυχώς δεν κάνει καλή ψύξη. Ωστόσο, διαθέτει ανεμιστήρα, δύο σκάλες ταχυτήτων, λειτουργία αφυγραντήρα, και χρονοδιακόπτη. Ένα αστέρι μόνο γι'αυτά...ακόμα ένα αρνητικό είναι ότι χρειάζεται πολύ συχνά να αδειάζεις το νερό και να καθαρίζεις τα φίλτρα...
Δεν θα πρότεινα σε κανέναν να το αγοράσει...

I bought it out of desperation because the room with 2 screens and a PC reached temperatures of 34/36 degrees. While the air temperature it emits is quite low at 17-19 degrees, even after 10 hours open set at 27 degrees it fails to lower the room temperature below 30. The room is about 12 sq.m. and the hose is installed on a balcony door. (I had to put cardboard on the top because the attachment is for a window). In general, it's okay if there is no other solution. But if someone can install a regular A/C, they should prefer it. It also makes a lot of noise, with my phone measuring it at 65-69db, which is actually what they write, it's just quite loud, at least 65 db for sleep.

Ενώ η θερμοκρασία του αέρα που βγάζει είναι αρκετά χαμηλή 17-19 βαθμοί, ακόμη και μετά από 10 ώρες ανοιχτό σεταρισμένο στους 27 βαθμούς δεν καταφέρνει να ρίξει τη θερμοκρασία του δωματίου κάτω από 30. Το δωμάτιο είναι περίπου 12 τ.μ. και ό σωλήνας είναι εγκατεστημένος σε μπαλκονόπορτα. (έπρεπε να βάλω χαρτόνι στο πάνω μέρος διότι το εξάρτημα είναι για παράθυρο). Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι οκ εάν δεν υπάρχει άλλη λύση. Αλλά εάν μπορεί κάποιος να βάλει κανονικό A/C να το προτιμήσει. Επίσης κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο, με το κινητό το μετράω στα 65-69db, που όντως τόσα γράφουν οτι κάνει, απλά είναι αρκετά 65 db τουλάχιστον για ύπνο.
My goodness, I made a bad choice. The worst part is, I have been using it for three hours and it hasn't lowered the temperature by more than one degree. I have been using it for 2 weeks already. I have a balcony door in the room, I placed it on a small table so that the hose comes out straight from the back without bending, and I got a self-adhesive curtain to cover the gap that the glass can't cover due to the hose outlet. Μη περιμένετε να δείτε κάτω από 26 βαθμούς στο δωμάτιο ποτέ αλλά τη δουλειά του για ένα μικρό δωμάτιο την κάνει πολύ καλά για τα λεφτά του. Ο θόρυβος είναι αρκετός αλλά μετα από 2 3 λειτουργίες συνηθίζεται εύκολα. Το συνιστώ!
Whoever gets this to cool a room, the room must be very small and you must seal very well the area where you place the exhaust hose. Otherwise, a large amount of the cooling will be lost. The room is permanently at 27 degrees. But I found a way to cool down. I simply have it blowing directly on me all the time. In the bedroom, for example, to feel cool you just set it to blow on you from a distance and you do actually feel cooler. Generally, it is noisy. It has 2 intensity levels. If you have no other option (regular AC), then it is a good choice; if you have the option to get a regular air conditioner, then you should prefer to get a regular one.

Στην κρεβατοκάμαρα δηλαδή για να νιώσεις δροσιά απλά το βάζεις να φυσάει πάνω σου από απόσταση και όντως δροσίζεσαι. Σε γενικές γραμμές κάνει φασαρία. Εχει 2 στάδια έντασης. Εάν δεν έχετε άλλη επιλογή (κανονικά AC) τότε είναι καλή επιλογή, εάν έχετε επιλογή να πάρετε κανονικό κλιματιστικό τότε προτιμήστε να πάρετε κανονικό.

While in the other rooms of the house I have wall-mounted split air conditioners, in my office, which measures 4.0x3.5 m2, I had to get a portable one because all the walls are covered with bookcases and there is no space.
Its performance is amazing.
With the thermostat set at 25°C and the outside temperature at 35.6°C, it keeps the office temperature at 26.6°C with the compressor running about 40% of the time (with a corresponding reduction in maximum power, I assume).
I should point out that there is a computer in the office that is always on, with a power consumption of around 250w.

As for the installation, with the accessories included in the package, it's a piece of cake - I installed it in 5 minutes.

The condensates, according to the user manual, evaporate and are expelled with the hot air into the environment.
Six days that I've been running it now in cooling mode, this seems to be true.
In dehumidification mode, I don't know if this applies or if the condensate collector needs to be emptied regularly.
For emptying, you have to open two plugs, which is easy to do.
But the lower plug is very low and there is no space to place a small basin - you will need to lift the entire unit at least 15cm above the ground.

Now the negatives.
The machine is not an inverter - I wouldn't expect that anyway in such a cheap machine.
This means that the temperature is not regulated by varying the compressor speed, but by stopping and starting it.
Fortunately, it is quiet and you can't tell when it starts and stops, except for a jolt of the machine - they could have designed better support for the compressor.

The noise, which comes mainly from the fan and not the compressor (which is almost silent), is not negligible.
With the fan on low (F1), the average noise level in front of the machine is 76dB (with a maximum of 84dB), while with the fan on high (F2), the average level is 84dB (with a maximum of 85dB).
I wouldn't recommend it for a bedroom.

The unit is cooled by air from the interior space. That is, it uses air that we have already cooled and expels it outside.
This means wasted energy and reduced efficiency.
On the other hand, for me as a smoker, it has some benefit because it minimally renews the air in the room.
And additionally, it allows for reduced dimensions and better condenser performance - imagine what size and air supply would be needed if, instead of 26°C air from the interior, it used 36°C air from outside.

It only has two fan speeds and no automatic function. This means the fan runs at the speed you set and is not automatically regulated.
I believe that even in a machine as cheap as this, they could have included at least three speeds and an automatic function.

In conclusion, for a small space and for 2-3 months of use in the summer, I would recommend it unreservedly.
I am satisfied with what I bought for only €229.
UPDATE: All summer that I used the device, I did not need to empty the condensate tank.

Ενώ στα άλλα δωμάτια του σπιτιού έχω split κλιματιστικά τοίχου, στο γραφείο μου με διαστάσεις 4.0x3.5 m2 αναγκάστηκα να πάρω φορητό επειδή όλοι οι τοίχοι είναι καλυμμένοι με βιβλιοθήκες και δεν υπάρχει χώρος.
Η απόδοσή του είναι καταπληκτική.
Με ρύθμιση του θερμοστάτη στους 25οC και εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 35,6οC, διατηρεί τη θερμοκρασία στο γραφείο στους 26.6οC με τον συμπιεστή να δουλεύει στο 40% περίπου του χρόνου (με ανάλογη μείωση της μέγιστης ισχύος υποθέτω).
Να υπογραμμίσω ότι στο γραφείο είναι ανοικτός σε μόνιμη βάση ένας υπολογιστής, με κατανάλωση ισχύος γύρω στα 250w.

Όσο για την εγκατάσταση, με τα εξαρτήματα που περιλαμβάνονται στη συσκευασία είναι παιχνιδάκι - το εγκατέστησα σε 5 λεπτά.
.
Τα συμπυκνώματα, σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες χρήσης εξατμίζονται και αποβάλλονται με τον θερμό αέρα στο περιβάλλον.
Έξι μέρες που το δουλεύω τώρα σε ψύξη, φαίνεται να ισχύει.
Σε λειτουργία αφύγρανσης δεν ξέρω αν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο ή αν χρειάζεται τακτικά άδειασμα ο συλλέκτης των συμπυκνωμάτων.
Για το άδειασμα θα πρέπει να ανοίξεις δύο τάπες, που γίνεται εύκολα.
Αλλά η κάτω τάπα βρίσκεται πολύ χαμηλά και δεν υπάρχει χώρος για να τοποθετήσεις κάποιο λεκανάκι - θα χρειαστεί να σηκώσεις όλη τη μονάδα τουλάχιστον 15cm πάνω από το έδαφος.

Τα αρνητικά τώρα.
Το μηχάνημα δεν είναι inverter - δεν θα περίμενα κάτι τέτοιο άλλωστε σε ένα τόσο φθηνό μηχάνημα.
Αυτό σημαίνει ότι η ρύθμιση της θερμοκρασίας δεν γίνεται με αυξομείωση της ταχύτητας του συμπιεστή, αλλά με σταματήματα και ξεκινήματά του.
Ευτυχώς είναι αθόρυβος και δεν καταλαβαίνεις πότε ξεκινά και πότε σταματά, παρά μόνο από ένα τράνταγμα του μηχανήματος - θα μπορούσαν να είχαν σχεδιάσει καλύτερη στήριξη του συμπιεστή.

Ο θόρυβος που προέρχεται κυρίως από τον ανεμιστήρα και όχι από τον συμπιεστή (που είναι σχεδόν αθόρυβος) δεν είναι αμελητέος.
Με τον ανεμιστήρα στη μικρή σκάλα (F1) η μέση στάθμη του θορύβου μπροστά στο μηχάνημα είναι 76dB (με μέγιστη τα 84dB), ενώ με τον ανεμιστήρα στη μεγάλη σκάλα (F2) η μέση στάθμη είναι 84dB (με μέγιστη τα 85dB).
Δεν θα το συνιστούσα για υπνοδωμάτιο.

Η ψύξη της μονάδας γίνεται από αέρα του εσωτερικού χώρου. Δηλαδή χρησιμοποιεί αέρα που έχουμε ήδη ψύξει και τον πετά έξω.
Αυτό σημαίνει σπατάλη ενέργειας και μείωση της απόδοσης.
Από την άλλη όμως, για εμένα που είμαι καπνιστής, έχει κάποια ωφέλεια γιατί ανανεώνει στοιχειωδώς τον αέρα του χώρου.
Και επί πλέον επιτρέπει τη μείωση των διαστάσεων και την απόδοση του συμπυκνωτή - φανταστείτε τι διαστάσεις θα χρειαζόταν και τι παροχή αέρα, αν αντί για αέρα 26oC από τον εσωτερικό χώρο χρησιμοποιούσε αέρα 36οC από τον εξωτερικό χώρο.

Έχει μόνο δύο ταχύτητες στον ανεμιστήρα και όχι αυτόματη λειτουργία. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι ο ανεμιστήρας δουλεύει στη ταχύτητα που θα βάλεις εσύ και δεν ρυθμίζεται αυτόματα.
Πιστεύω ότι ακόμα και σε ένα μηχάνημα τόσο φθηνό όσο αυτό, θα μπορούσαν να έχουν βάλει τουλάχιστον τρεις ταχύτητες και αυτόματη λειτουργία.

Εν κατακλείδι, για έναν μικρό χώρο και για 2-3 μήνες λειτουργίας το καλοκαίρι θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα.
Είμαι ευχαριστημένος για αυτό που αγόρασα με μόνο 229€.
UPDATE: Όλο το καλοκαίρι που χρησιμοποίησα τη συσκευή, δεν χρειάστηκε να αδειάσω τον κάδο συμπυκνωμάτων.
I use it in a 12-square-meter room. The first 2 days I used it, it did absolutely nothing and I thought I had wasted my money. After the third day, when I found its "problems," it now works perfectly and cools the room properly and very quickly.
Its "problems" are:
1) The air exhaust hose gets very hot due to the hot air, so you need to place the air conditioner very close to the window so that the hose is as short as possible and therefore heats the room as little as possible.
2) The air exhaust hose adapter must somehow seal completely at the window. I use packing tape to seal the gaps and it made a big difference because the air conditioner has very low output, so even a little air coming in prevents it from cooling the room.
3) The temperature sensor it has does not work properly. For example, you might set it to 24 and it stops when the room is at 27, or set it to 22 and it freezes the room, bringing the temperature down to 19. In my space, if I set it to 23, it keeps the room temperature at 25 and that's okay.
The negatives are that it is indeed quite noisy, although it is one of the most "quiet" portable air conditioners on the market. It has 2 fan speed settings but in practice, I haven't noticed any difference in noise or intensity. It's practically the same whether you set it to 1 or 2.
Now, regarding what I read about needing to empty the water all the time, I use it every night for about 9 hours and I needed to empty the water after 6 days, and the process is really very easy.
To sum up, my opinion is that if you have the option to install a regular air conditioner, buying a portable one is not worth it at all. But if there is no other option, it is a good purchase for its price.
Το χρησιμοποιώ σε ένα δωμάτιο 12 τετραγωνικά. Τις πρώτες 2 μέρες που το χρησιμοποίησα δεν έκανε απολύτως τίποτα και είπα ότι πέταξα τα λεφτά μου. Μετά την τρίτη μέρα που βρήκα τα "προβλήματα" του πλέον δουλεύει άψογα και ψύχει τον χώρο κανονικά και πολύ γρήγορα.
Τα "προβλήματα" του είναι :
1)Ο σωλήνας εξαγωγής του αέρα ζεσταίνεται πάρα πολύ λόγω του θερμού αέρα οπότε θα πρέπει να τοποθετήσετε το κλιματιστικό πολύ κοντά στο παράθυρο έτσι ώστε ο σωλήνας να έχει όσο το δυνατόν λιγότερο μήκος άρα να ζεσταίνει όσο το δυνατόν λιγότερο το δωμάτιο.
2)Ο ανταπτορας του σωλήνα εξαγωγής αέρα θα πρέπει με κάποιο τρόπο να σφραγίζει τελείως στο παράθυρο. Εγώ χρησιμοποιώ ταινία συσκευασίας για να κλείσω τις χαραμάδες και έκανε μεγάλη διαφορά λόγω του ότι το κλιματιστικό έχει πολύ μικρή απόδοση οπότε ακόμα και ο λίγος αέρας που μπαίνει μέσα δεν το αφήνει να κρυώσει τον χώρο.
3) Ο σενσορας θερμοκρασίας που έχει δεν λειτουργεί σωστά. Δηλαδή μπορεί να το βάλεις στους 24 και να σταματάει όταν το δωμάτιο είναι στους 27 ή να το βάλεις στους 22 και να παγώσει το δωμάτιο πηγαίνοντας τη θερμοκρασία στους 19. Στον δικό μου χώρο εάν το βάλω στο 23, κρατάει τη θερμοκρασια δωματίου στους 25 και είναι οκ.
Τα αρνητικά του είναι ότι όντως κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο αν και είναι από τα πιο "αθόρυβα" φορητά κλιματιστικά που παίζουν στην αγορά. Εχει 2 ρυθμίσεις για την ένταση του ανεμιστήρα αλλά στην πράξη εγώ δεν έχω δει διαφορά ούτε στον θόρυβο ούτε στην Ένταση. Είναι πρακτικά το ίδιο είτε το βάλεις στο 1 είτε στο 2.
Τώρα όσον αφορά αυτά που διάβασα ότι χρειάζεται να αδειάζεις συνέχεια το νερό, εγώ το χρησιμοποιώ κάθε βράδυ για 9 ώρες περίπου και χρειάστηκε να του αδειάσω το νερό μετά από 6 ημέρες και η διαδικασία είναι πραγματικά πολύ εύκολη.
Για να συνοψίσω, η άποψη μου είναι πως εάν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να τοποθετήσετε κανονικό κλιματιστικό, η αγορά του φορητού δεν αξίζει καθόλου. Αλλά εάν δεν υπάρχει επιλογή, είναι μια καλή αγορά για τα λεφτά του.
