Carpano Antica Formula is produced in limited quantities and sold in blown glass bottles.

Tasting Notes

The aroma and flavors are characterized by a strong bouquet of vanilla with notes of spices (anise) and dried fruits (orange peel, dates).

    One of the best Vermouths. With a fragrant and strong taste that I would describe as "medicinal" - after all, the vermouths were sold there. However, I will disagree with many here. It is excellent as an aperitif but not suitable for cocktails! It dominates their flavor, and that is only good if its partner is mediocre, like a Gordon’s. However, a good cocktail needs Dry Vermouth and attention to the… first violin! The company even has a cheaper and amazing one.
